Welcome to Flamingo Bay! Located just minutes from the beach and all that downtown Bethany has to offer.

Stay luxuriously in this new Bethany Beach House. Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms, huge open concept living space, well stocked chef's kitchen and family fun game room! Come ready to compete in nostalgic pac-man arcade games, shuffle board and foos ball table. Soak in the beautiful sunsets in the fully screened underneath patio complete with large picnic table (perfect for picking crabs), grill, custom made bar, and hot tub.

Full house wifi, with an upstairs booster. Four smart televisions to log into your favorite streaming apps. (no cable)

Retreat to themed bedrooms in this blend of tropical and coastal decor. Spacious master bedroom features a king size bed, huge walk in closet (can fit a twin size air bed!) and private deck to view the sunrise. The 2nd master bedroom includes a queen size bed and en suite bath. Kids and adults alike will sleep comfortably in the bunk room which includes 2 - twin over twin bunk beds with 1 twin size pull out trundle. Outfitted with memory foam mattresses to minimize movement and noise for all your guests. The 4th bedroom features a queen size bed with twin size pull out trundle.

New community (2025) with access to swimming pool, viewable from the front screened in deck. Two car garage and two additional driveway spots (please limit to 4 vehicles). Saturday - Saturday rental please.


Supplies Provided:

1. Soaps, shampoos and conditioners will be provided in each shower and sink.
2. Small "Hand only" towels will be provided in each bathroom/sink
3. Paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags will be provided to start (additional purchase could be necessary)
4. Dishwashing pods/soap will be provided


House Rules/checkout;

1. Guests limited to 12 unless otherwise agreed.
2. No events or parties
3. No Pets
4. Good neighbor policy: Please respect quiet hours from 10pm - 8am everyday. Noise should never be excessive or a bother to neighbors. Please avoid trespassing on neighbors properties.
5. No smoking anywhere on premises.
6. Please bag and dispose of all trash properly in large bins in garage. Do not throw away loose garbage.
7. Accidents: If any damage or stains, etc occur, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address promptly.
8. Cleaning: We kindly ask that you keep the property tidy, as excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Please return all furniture to where it was and remove all trash
9. Clean out all food in fridge/freezer/pantry etc (Please remove all food and beverages from premises so next guest can start with clean slate.)
10. Start dishwasher before you leave
11. Check in 4pm / Check out 10am
12. No bath or beach towels will be provided (local vendors available if needed)
13. No bedding sheets will be provided (local vendors available if needed)

Safety & Security

The house has a front door & garage exterior camera. There are no cameras inside the house. The house will be accessible via a door code.


We kindly ask you to adhere to house rules during your stay. Violations could result in a fine of up to $1,000 and/or cancellation of your reservation.
