The space
Ocean View, DE is a beautiful place to go. It is closely located to so many other beaches like Bethany Beach, Ocean City, Rehobeth, Fenwick Island, Lewes, etc. However it is closest to Bethany Beach and it is super family friendly and has a very chill vibe.

We are a very short couple minute drive to the beach. We are very short walk to the Ocean View Beach Club House for all on-site amenities. We are also a short walk to the Assawoman Canal right out back of our home. We offer a wide range of on-site single and tandem kayaks (including fishing kayaks and kiddie kayaks). We also have 2 kayak dollies in the game room garage that you can use to walk the kayak out you want to use unless you would come with your own rack mount for your vehicle or it is large enough to transport it. We are also planning to coordinate docking some of ours in season at the canal for guest convenience. You can furthermore rent them at the canal too. It is a wonderful option to get in some paddling and/or fishing without a big crowd and it is even closer to our home as you continue a short time after that to the Atlantic Ocean in your car. We love how it gives you options to stay near the home, have different water access options, as well as options to to be private or right in the action of the beach. The Assawoman Canal is a 3.9-mile-long linear waterway in eastern Sussex County, Delaware. Connection: It connects the Indian River Bay to the north with the Little Assawoman Bay to the south.

You will have full access to our entire home and property. The community amenities at the Ocean View Beach Club is a very short walk from our home and accessible to guess for a charge for the week, for any guests wanting to participate in all that is offered!

Please know that we try to provide pricing details for week passes for guests who ask during on-going pre-check-in communication, or inquiries that ask upfront. However, please know we do not control pricing of any of their amenities, what is open at and things can change at any moment. If you ever want to confirm, please call Ocean View Beach Clube first. We can't be held liable for any pricing or rule changes as time continues. We simply try to share what we are aware of most recently.

You do have private access at our home however: to a private hot tub, outdoor dining area, grill, comprehensive garage conversion into a gameroom (beyond the arcades and air hockey in the loft) additionally with skeeball, foosball, pop-a-shot basketball, ping pong and a full range of kayaks.

For clarity on our beds, we have 2 King beds (2 Different Master Bedrooms), 1 Queen bed, 2 full beds and 1 twin bed in Bedroom 3, 1 Queen bed, and 2 full beds and 1 twin in Bedroom 4, a Full bed in Bedroom 5, and we also have a queen sleeper sofa in Living Room 2 (Loft) and 2 convertible twin chair beds in Living Room 1 downstairs. You have tons of options to comfortable sleep so every guest could even have separate beds if desirable. We clearly have the ability to sleep way more than it is listed at in our spacious, thoughtful layout that we did for your convenience.

Please be respectful of the neighbors. Some of them live year round and work and disturbances would limit the ability to offer our home for others to relax and enjoy.
