All four bedrooms are located upstairs, so those who want to reminisce later into the night won't have to worry about keeping up those who want to hit the hay! This home won't last long. No recreational vehicles or boats/trailers are to be parked in the community. No construction trailers or trash/debris containers are allowed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. PLEASE make sure the lid to the dumpster is closed after you have used it so that animals cannot get in it. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
