The apartment is located in the heart of the business district in Naco, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Just 35 minutes’ drive from Las Americas International Airport.

The apartment has 2 private and secured parking spaces. Uber is the most reliable means of transport in the city.
No Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Condo Policies: All guests must comply with Torre Mineri XVIII condominium rules.
Airbnb Terms: Guests agree to Airbnb’s terms and must provide a valid working phone number.
Lost Keys/Remotes: $50 fee for lost keys, remotes, or keycards.
Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 4 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in eviction.
Visitors:
Maximum of 2 visitors at any time.
Overnight visitors must be declared in the reservation.
$10 fee per guest per night after the second guest.
Visitors staying over 4 hours are considered guests.
Undeclared guest fee: $20 per guest per night.
Prohibited Items/Activities:
Illegal drugs are strictly forbidden.
Hookah is prohibited; violators will be expelled.
Loudspeakers are not allowed in the apartment or common areas.
Any prohibited items will be seized and returned at check-out.
Smoking Fee: $200 for smoking inside the property.
Late Check-Out:
30 minutes late: $50 fee.
2+ hours late: Charge for an additional day (does not extend stay).
Complaints: By reporting an issue, you authorize the host to enter the property to resolve it (e.g., repairs, cleaning).
Violations: Breaking these rules may result in booking cancellation, removal from the property, and no refunds.
