Located in the beautiful Carillon Beach Resort Community - A Village by the Sea, GemStone is only 2 miles from Rosemary Beach. You may spend your vacation on the private beach of Carillon, playing pickleball, or exploring the villages of scenic 30A. The resort offers a full-size basketball court, pickleball courts, a playground, a play house, tennis courts, 3 swimming pools - a children's pool and a beachfront pool (both heated seasonally based on HOA discretion with the cooler weather), and a lake pool which allows for adult-only lap swimming from 8-10am. You may walk down a tree-lined promenade to enjoy a Sunday church service at the Chapel with your family or friends. At GemStone, you will make memories to treasure for a lifetime!

Carillon prioritizes the safety and security of its community. To support this, you must register every vehicle with SymLiv to gain access to this community and amenities. You will obtain a QR code/PIN number for easy access to all amenities. There is a $42.50 per vehicle fee due to SymLiv at time of registration. This home fits 3 cars, with limited overflow parking available.
