Desert Rose Oasis
Newly renovated Lake Havasu home featuring modern décor, a new pool and backyard
oasis. Relax in style with updated amenities and a spacious layout. Create unforgettable
memories while doing your favorite activities enjoying a contemporary pool, retreat-style
outdoor space, game table, propane fire area, covered cabana area with fireplace and
big screen TV. Nearby entertainment includes Lake Havasu (20,000-acre lake on the
Colorado River), with access to boating, fishing, beaches, and water rental equipment
near the famous and historic London Bridge in the channel, less than five-mile drive to
the lake.
The Space
Lake Havasu City is home to our short-term rental property called Desert Rose Oasis.
This home is a spacious three bedroom, two bath home with updated style and all the
amenities. Tucked away in quiet neighborhood this home enjoys mountain views and
lake views, along with a sunny backyard where you can enjoy the pool all day, then take
in the spectacular sunset views over the southwest backyard. Lake Havasu City,
Arizona is a lake and boaters paradise destination in the Sonoran Desert where miles of
coastline meet the Mohave Mountains. Found on Arizona's West border, this home is
2.5 hours from Las Vegas, 3 hours from Phoenix and less than 5 hours from the San
Diego or Los Angeles areas.
Here in Lake Havasu City, we are centrally located and about 10 minutes away from the
world-famous London Bridge, near everything you'll want to experience, including great
restaurants. Head a few miles towards the center of the city to the Bridgewater Channel
for calm waters, sandy beaches, walking paths, volleyball courts and waterfront
eateries. You can also marvel at the historic London Bridge which was built in London in
the 1830s. Check out Windsor Beach at Lake Havasu State Park.
Out on the lake, enjoy boating, bass fishing, wakeboarding, jet skiing and more. Our
home is also close to Lake Havasu Marina and the Havasu Riviera Marina where you
can rent boat slips.
Back on land, choose among nearby hiking, mountain biking and off-roading
adventures. Some of our favorites include the “Crack in the Mountain” hike in Sara Park
and guided ATV rides through the open desert.
For fun meals out, we like The Red Onion for savory breakfasts or hand-crafted
sandwiches at lunch; Juicy's for a wide variety of delicious meals and cocktails; Barley
Brothers for wood-fired pizzas and microbrews on tap; and the waterfront Shugrue's
upscale apps along with mouthwatering steak and lobster entrees.
Resort-Style Backyard
Our backyard is the heart of this home where you can let go and live your best life on
your Arizona vacation. Bask in the sun as you relax on our loungers and swim in our
custom-built pool. We even have an upscale cabana that includes seating for many,
where you can escape the sun while taking in the pool views and golden sunset over
the lake. On cool evenings, enjoy the cabana's large screen TV and entertainment
system, along with the multicolor fireplace for ambiance. If you want to enjoy a fireside
chat with family and friends in the evening, start up the spacious 5-foot propane fire
table. Let's not forget about enjoying a meal or coffee under the covered patio area,
right outside the sliding door from the kitchen.
Gourmet Kitchen
Once you experience our updated kitchen, you may never want to leave this desert
oasis. Our kitchen features: all new stainless-steel appliances, icemaker/water
dispenser, non-stick cookware, baking dishes, toaster, coffee service for both single-
serve or brew carafe and everything you need to make a beautiful meal for your family
and friends. Just bring your own groceries to make a delicious meal, snacks, and
beverages. Or enjoy the convenience of take-out or delivery from some of the best local
establishments in the city.
3 Bedrooms
Our three bedrooms are spacious retreats that provide you everything you'll want for
comfort. The primary suite is set up with a king bed and adjoining ensuite with walk-in
shower and dual sinks. It also has patio access directly to the pool backyard. The two
guest rooms are conveniently located on the opposite side of the home, which have
queen beds and share a full bath. All bedrooms have luxury beds, comfortable linens,
designer décor, mirrors, walk-in closets to tuck away your luggage and personal items,
plus they are equipped with flatscreen smart TVs for you to stream your own content
and channels.
Unwind among the modern furnishings, rich textures and soothing color pallets with a
subtle pop of color to enhance this desert home oasis.
2 Bathrooms
The two bathrooms are spacious and full of beautiful design touches, just like the rest of
the home. You find a modern vanity with matte black fixtures. The primary ensuite has a
full walk-in tile shower with dual shower heads and the bathroom also has a double
vanity. The second bathroom has a single vanity with a tub/shower combo.

guest. For your privacy, the backyard is fully enclosed within a fenced area. For safety
and security, we ask that you do not leave any access gates open.
Welcome Guestbook and House Information
There is a welcome guestbook at the property to sign in. There is also a folder that
contains information to contact for emergencies or
special needs. The book also contains recommendations for food, drinks and other local
activities.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Please respect these times for
your best experience and the courtesy of other guests and service providers who use
the home.
Parking
Our driveway can easily fit up to three cars, and there is available standard-sized trailer
parking space on the side of the driveway area. Street parking is available during
daylight hours, but all guests must park on our premises overnight. The marinas can
accommodate large boat parking.
Swimming Pool
Children must be monitored in and near our pool at all times for safety and security
reasons. Young children must wear swim diapers and coverings. No diving is allowed.
Guests are not allowed to touch the pool equipment. Lighting for the pool is located and
marked within the cabana. The overhead patio lighting is solar operated and on a timer.
Quiet Hours
Thank you in advance for observing quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am. This
ensures there is peace and courtesy within our neighborhood. We reserve the right to
process a supplementary $500 disturbance fee to you as the registered guest in the
event the city Police are dispatched to the property for noise or any other disturbances.
The observance of the Quiet Hours and reasonable behavior are vital to our ability to
maintain our license as a short-term rental.
Smoking and Other
To keep the home and property fresh, clean and healthy for all guests, these activities
are prohibited both inside the home and in any outdoor areas on the property front and
back: smoking of cigarettes, tobacco or smokeless tobacco use, vaping or use of any
recreational drugs. Detection devices are installed a $1000 fee will be applied to your reservation if activated.
Outdoor Cameras
Cameras are located on the property at the front doorbell and overlooking the driveway
area only for your protection and the security of the property. Camera footage is not
viewed unless an incident or disturbance occurs. Our goal is to respect your privacy as
you enjoy the home on your vacation.
Unregistered Guests and Pets
In the event you receive an unplanned guest at the property during your stay, there will
be a $50 additional fee added to your reservation if they were unregistered. As
previously noted, there are no pets allowed on the property. Registered guests will be
charged a fee of $200 if any pet is determined to be on the property (whether temporary
for a day visit or overnight). Guest access is to home, yard, and pool area.
HOT TUB AND POOL HEATING POLICY:
APPLICABLE ONLY IF HEATING IS AVAILABLE AT THE PROPERTY .
We want to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
To guarantee that hot tub or pool is heated, PLEASE REQUEST HEATING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH CHARGES APPLY. This allows sufficient time for the heating process to complete. Heating takes approximately three days to fully heat the POOL. It takes an hour to heat up the HOT TUB
We understand that plans sometimes change. However, please be aware that last-minute requests for heating the pool may not be fulfilled. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, compensation, or reimbursements if heating is unavailable due to a late request.
