“Desert Escape”. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine our home and Lake havasu are sure to create a great experience.

“Desert Escape” is a large 3-bedroom pool home located in the South Central residential estates area with plenty of room for parking and close to the Lake! Recently remodeled and fully furnished home is awaiting your arrival. Enjoy your morning coffee and/or cocktails in the evenings either indoors or outside. Backyard has plenty of sitting areas with swimming pool, room for games, fire pit, and BBQ ready for grilling.Just a few blocks away from McCulloch St., and close to Albertsons. There's plenty of room for family and friends to relax, renew, and indulge in some Arizona sunshine.

Come and stay in paradise and enjoy resort style living at its finest just minutes from the Lake, several golf courses, restaurants, movie theaters, grocery stores and London Bridge.

Lavishly landscaped backyard with a large refurbished pool and deck with covered patio in the sought after south central Residential Estates area 2 blocks from downtown! Winter in lake Havasu

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious. It has an open floor plan. The two spare bedrooms are on the other side of the house from the master. Very private if you have guests. The pool area is nice. Lots of seating and a gas fire pit. The location is great. Walking distance to the downtown area. Great house!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing pool home in Lake Havasu. You have everything you need and the inside is so spacious. The pool was so refreshing and everyone had an awesome time. We will definitely be back.

Another great stay

This is our third time here and it’s just a great property. Total pride of ownership is easy to see. It’s a great floor plan with newer furniture and a nice pool. It’s our favorite spot in Havasu.

My Wedding Trip

We are so glad we picked this house, it was prefect for all the family to stay at and get everything done for our wedding that weekend. The house was clean and the space was great plenty of room for meals and just hanging out watching tv. Lake Havasu is a great place to enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities along with friendly people. There is always something going on, like classic car or boat shows and races, poker runs and much more. Lake Havasu is a great place for Snowbirds who love to golf, boat, fish, and enjoy great weather. This house has it all.
