Velvet and Brass Cozy Four Bedroom Poolside & Hot Tub Retreat

I’ve spoken to this guest as they were unaware that 4 stars in the short term rental industry means that there were many issues with the host and/or home. The guest agreed that there were not and reported to have a nice time.

I am so sorry to hear that you had this experience. I will take the feedback and add to my profile that the home is only 1,600 sq ft. I do deny parties over 8 even when they want daytime guests as I do say my home just isn’t big enough for that. We do not use fish eye lenses for any photography on the property so there’s been no intention of making anything look bigger and only what the true size is. I’m not sure what is meant by a poorer side of town. It feels offensive to the neighborhood and culture to say as such. The neighborhood is predominantly Hispanic and the homes are $700k-$800k. There are parts of Los Angeles that are having challenging times. I’m not sure what is meant by your statement. As far as the guest count it was my understanding that you stayed with 4 people. My target demographic is families with children that go to Universal Studios. Families with children have been able to use the space and feel accommodated. Perhaps I can change my listing to host only 6 people. I wish I was addressed about the shower pressure so that I could make it right. I had no idea you were this disappointed with your stay. I’m saddened and shattered. This star rating will be so hard to come back from I fear I never will. 💔I’m not sure you meant to cause such harm to my business.
