This Madeira Beach Vacation Rental condo is a spacious 2 bedroom-2 bath direct gulf front condo. Enjoy watching spectacular sunsets and peaceful mornings from your private balcony. Gather in the spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa and loveseat or around the large dining table to talk about days events. Plenty of room in the fully equipped kitchen to cook.
Sleep well in the direct gulf front master bedroom with a king size bed, plus offers access to the balcony for morning coffee, listening to the sounds of the gulf and seagulls; ensuite bathroom, and tv. The guest bedroom offers 2 twins beds, a tv, and ceiling fan. Hall bath conveniently located near the guest bedroom. Laundry areas located on the 4th and 7th floor

Lounge by the large heated pool, relax in the Jacuzzi, walk the soft white beaches for shell treasures to bring home, or walk to Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk for all kinds of shops, restaurants and all kinds of family fun activities.

Great stay

Great location, very roomy, a little outdated, no washer/dryer in unit but they do have laundry facilities on 4th & 7th floors.

Loved the location of the spacious condo and the view as wonderful for watching sunsets! Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. No issues during our stay. Just had to purchase body wash since we don’t like bar soap. Loved the condo had pool towels and beach chairs and umbrella. We will be back!

Great Affordable Stay on the Beach!

Great place for the $$$. Very affordable. Nice clean condo with everything we needed. Easy beach access and great location. No crowds at all in July! Perfect getaway.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was ideal and the night security and patrol on the beach was greatly appreciated. Our only critique would be the one, very slow elevator. We highly recommend the Seabreeze and hope to return next year.

Very nice and clean condo. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. My family and I really enjoyed staying in the condo. If I had to pick something to improve on it would be the WiFi didn’t work very well and the water temp in the shower at times was difficult to regulate between scalding or freezing cold.

Beach Stay

Everything was amazing with the location. We did find a roach in the apartment but when I contacted the owner they had someone come out and spray immediately. The only other complaint is I had no hot water in the shower in the master bedroom also the water was turned off to the dishwasher so without the help of my boyfriend I would have never known how to fix it.

Shower floor needs to be cleaned or regrouped, couch very worn with tear in cushion . The elevators worked only some of the time. Pool area was very nice. Views spectacular. Plenty of parking

Family Vacation

I rented 2 units conveniently side by side. Both units were clean and very comfortable. Condo was open and spacious. We were very pleased with everything. If I had to list an area for improvement it would be having only one elevator. But that was not really an issue for us . Overall it was an excellent vacation.

Perfect location, seamless check-in

I stayed at this property for a week in June 2024 with my partner and two "tween" kids. The location was perfect! Right on the beach, with wonderful ocean views from the balcony. Great restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance as well (although it was so hot, we didn't do much walking!). The beds were comfortable - one of the kids kept going on and on about how her twin bed in rhe second bedroom was "literally the most comfortable bed!!" The elevator could be slow and crowded due to the building only having one, but it really wasn't that much of an issue. Parking was easy and always available, and there were luggage carts available to take bags from cars up through the elevator to the condos. Overall, I'm glad we chose this unit for our trip!

Ups and downs of stay.

The only downside for our 5 day stay was that the elevator broke. I'm unable to use stairs and it was down from one day to the next and I was stuck in our condo from one day to the next. Luckly I have people who were able to use the stairs, but it was hard on them also. An offer of 500 dollars was made for the inconvenience, but I have yet to see it.

Love the Sea Breeze but.......

Condo #603 needs updating and repairs. Several issues with the condo were unable to be addressed. Large tear in one of the sofas, bathroom door would not close for privacy, paint coming of of ceiling in showers, blinds in main room missing slats and not moving correctly. (Rental Manager is replace missing slats). The condo would be a 10 if the owners did some repairs and upgrades. My experience is a 6/7. I would rent again next year if the issues were addressed. 7/9/2022

Moved due to AC issues

We had an issue with the AC and were moved to another property that was so much nicer. Our original reservation was disappointing once we got there but the move to the new property more than made up for it.

Worst Place Ever

Kitchen was very antiquated. Master shower head--couldn't use it. Blind in Master room broken--reported. Just a dump. Photos looked good, but very misleading. Elevator was out for a whole day and on the 6th floor--terrible for seniors.

Great view of the beach

Great view of the beach, just walk past the pool and you're on the beach! Unit was clean and everything worked. Elevator is very slow so a bit of a walk up/down 6 flights of stairs. Remember to enter code when on the ground floor to get elevator. Almost got locked out on the last morning. Door code stopped working before checkout time. Fortunately one person was still in the condo when the others tried to enter and we discovered the door code did not work anymore.

This place needs a serious update.

We have been at this location before, but in a different unit. We came back hoping for the same amazing experience, but we were met with something completely different. For starters, the actual condo itself needed a serious update with everything, it was very easy to see that the place hadn’t been updated in a while. The dishes in the kitchen were very worn out and old and they need to be replaced. The master bathroom shower was giving us issues, because of the facet that was stuck. So for a few nights we had to share the shower with the kids. Yep, 4 people only having one shower. We had called the agency and they promised us to send a plumber the first thing Monday morning. The plumber never arrived. Another thing was the actual cleanliness of the condo, when we had just checked in and walked into the condo we could see actual grease spots and handprints on the balcony door from the entry way. We had no idea as to how it could have gone unnoticed. For the short while were there (from Saturday to Thursday) and for the pice we paid, we expected a more updated unit. The only thing we really enjoyed about this unit was it’s location on the beach and the memories we created on the clean beaches. It was a short walk to the beach and that is something we are really happy about.

Loved the location! Minutes from Johns Pass. Twenty minutes from Clearwater Beach.

Condo was clean and looked just like the picture on the listing. Pool was clean. Easy check-in. Would stay here again and recommend. Great location as well!

Girls' trip

We had a great week in this condo! The balcony view couldn't be beat. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen equipment. The only down-sides were with the property itself. The elevator could get very crowded, and the wait was long at times. There is a keypad to enter the pool, elevator and pool area restrooms. You also needed the key pad to EXIT the pool, so it became very tedious. Water temperature in the condo showers was very sporadic and hard to control. Again, likely an issue with the building itself. Our A/C went out the night before checkout. The management company had someone responding within an hour of us letting them know that there was an issue. Beachfront location was ideal, and easily walkable to John's Pass Village. If you're looking for later night life and music, be aware that the entire area (maybe county-wide?) has a very strict noise ordinance and there is no outdoor live music past 9:00 pm. We used Uber the entire week and rides were always prompt and available. Uber ride up to Clearwater Beach was about 30 minutes and $18. The condo could use a bit of updating, but overall very well equipped. If you are into cooking, bring your own knives - not a sharp one in the bunch! The king sized bed in the master bedroom was VERY comfortable. I made a note of the brand of pillows because they felt so good! This property is a great choice!

Good location, outdated unit

We enjoyed our vacation at this location. It was great for our family with 2 small kids. It was close to restaurants and we loved the oceanfront view. The unit itself is a little outdated, but it worked fine for the week we stayed. I would stay at Seabreeze again however I would not stay at this particular unit simply because the master bedroom mattress was so uncomfortable that my husband and I woke up sore every morning from it. With a few upgrades I would give it a higher rating. A kiddie pool would also have been nice for our one year old.
