Sea Breeze # 703 ist eine direkte Gulf Front Wohnung mit einem großen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand. Geräumige zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer Wohnung mit einem 1200 qm großen Split-Grundriss. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Queen-Size-Betten und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern. Kostenloses Kabel- und WLAN-Internet. Sea Breeze liegt direkt am Strand mit eigenem Zugang zum Strand. Das große Pooldeck mit Jacuzzi liegt direkt am Strand. It was what I needed for some time. The beautiful million dollar view is amazing! I was so relaxed. I loved the beach, dolphins and pelicans. Not to mention the delicious food choice options and being able to cook at the condo. I'm planning to spend time at the Sea Breeze for years to come.

Over all the experience was wonderful and the room was great with great views of the ocean and the beach. We were able to watch dolphins from the balcony in the morning and the evening as they went up and down the beach. I do like the fact that you have to have a passcode to get in the elevator as this gives you a sense of security that only guests can be on the floors to the rooms.

Nice place, great location. Need to be a little more user friendly

The location of this property is great! We love the area and have satyed here multiple times. The check in process was fine and easy but had to be done at a separate location. I am not sure why we had an actual key, when so many other places use keyless entry, was a hassle to have to take it every where we went, always asking each other "You got the key"? The condo itself was nice mostly modern, could use a few updates, but nothing more than the average place. While having flown in it would've been nice to have had accessibility to items to make out beach visits better. There were no beach towels, chairs or anything for that matter. I mean it's a condo on the beach! We did have a air conditioning issue, its stopped working! I did just as instructed by property management and set temp to no less than 72°, even set it at 73°. Still stopped working when the days got extremely warm. And this was end of May what's going to happen the next few months when it gets hot?! Maintenance came said yep its not working we'll have to send a technician. And I understand protocol, but several hours later when we checked out, no one had came. At least it happened during our last 24 hrs of stay. I did pay for a late check out, which management says they will refund after I asked, since this happened. Overall good time, mainly due to area and company! But for what is paid for a weeks stay. I would expect better from a company that boasts it has over 350 properties up & down the coast.

As we pulled into property I wasn’t thrilled about having to drive further to get keys for the condo. However we went on down to the management office. Maria had a horrible attitude at check in. She seemed just frustrated that we was checking in even though it was within business hours. She advised if we had any issues call and report immediately. Once arriving to the condo our door knob was about to fall off. The sliding glass door to balcony was off track and couldn’t be opened or closed. Also the garbage disposal had smoke rolling from under the sink. I called and reported these isssues and Maria got aggravated with me over them. We paid way too much money for these 3 nights to have any issues within the room. I had 3 night 2 day beach stay. We didn’t have enough towels or wash clothes in the rooms. Also their was hairs in both showers. So I had to spend my first night cleaning the bathtubs to shower or bathe my child. Also I had to call the cable company for and was on the phone for an entire hour before I could get my child any tv to watch. Not overly satisfied with our stay. I’ve stayed in many different condos on the beach in my lifetime and never had to deal with anything like this. Maria informed me that their was nothing she could do. However she did send maintenance to come tighten our doorknob along with fix the sliding glass doors to balcony. Just a complete let down

Decent unit. Had to re-wash dishes since most had dried food. Keyed lock is a pain in the rear, can't believe they don't use keyless entry. Everything you go to beach you have to hide key somewhere. Getting out of lot is horrific, because of fence you can't see oncoming traffic, almost had 3 accidents, which is main reason we'll choose someplace else next time

Lack of Customer Service

I had no WiFi during my stay and every time I turned on the TV I had to re-boot Spectrum. I reported this to management on arrival. I was told they would send a workman. 45 minutes later, I called a second time. I was told he had another stop but would be there soon. An hour later I called and the office was closed. The after hours person said there was no work order and since the office was closed, no one was coming to fix anything. I would never stay in a place again managed by these people.

Beautiful views!!

The place was as expected with beautiful views. Great location on the beach. Kitchen was nice and had the dishes we needed. The cons were that the beds need updating and it would have been nice to have had better beach equipment- towels, umbrella, chairs, etc. We had a great experience overall though!
