Enjoy our 1400 sqft home away from home, with enough space for 6/7 guests. You will enjoy the private backyard hangout space with enclosed screened porch, additional open deck for grilling, and separate fire pit area to wind down. Although you’ll be in close proximity to several nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options, we are certain you will be comfy just hanging out in and around our cozy 3 bdrm home. Place was better than advertised and you will not regret booking this place. Very clean and everything we needed for our stay, host was extremely well at communication and very accessible. We will book this again when we come back next year for sure.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, safe location. This was a perfect place for our weekend get away with the girls. We didn't cook but there was everything needed for meals, clean and comfy beds, bathrooms/showers/toilets very clean with extra toiletries if you forgot anything. Host was pleasant and timely. Highly recommend this home.

Excellent Place For Families instead of hotels

Our whole experience was exactly what we had hoped for from the ease of entry, comfortable accommodations, available instructions etc! We recommend this property for anyone who has several different family groups but wants to stay at the same place and save money on eating out. Great host and great experience!

This was a very comfortable place to stay for 5 adults. Jamie’s house is handicap accessible and she provided lots of nice extras - packaged snacks, coffee pods, make-up wipes etc. The house is located in s quiet neighborhood and parking was easy. I would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Everything was great except it was too dark. Not enough lighting in the bedrooms. Needs another bedside table in the master bedroom. Only small things but overall it was a great place to stay!

The place was very clean. It was a good place to use while we were in town to visit family. The king bed was super firm and the couch back was super short. It was uncomfortable to watch TV. But would rent again when we return to Noblesville to visit family.

The house felt like a home. Traveling can be stressful alone but with kids it can defiantly be more intense. When we were planning our trip I decided we needed a house so we had the space and flexibility for our family. Our Host thought of EVERYTHING that could be needed. She even had Games for the whole family to play. The rooms were very spacious. The location is perfect as well far enough away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to everything. I want to give our Host a huge THANK YOU!

Great Home!

Clean, comfortable, spacious three bedrooms. The house has everything we needed- with extra complimentary snacks and toiletries. The house is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood in Noblesville. We visited from Chicago for the College Showcase Soccer Tournament in Westfield. The house has all the amenities, three tvs, lots ofboard games and space for the kids, including a sunroom and a nice back yard. We felt very safe, good and comfortable in this house!

Jamie was very responsive to all my messages. And inside was clean. beds were comfortable, would be great if the double bed in the 3rd room was a Queen instead it would suit adults better. But not a deal breaker. The kitchen had snacks and coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to Ruoff Center which was great we Ubered to the concert. So I hesitate to say anything negative. However, the outside of the property needed attention. Garbage cans overflowing with trash, siding and front entrance had a lot of dirt and cobwebs, landscaping needs some attention. a little clean up would do the outside wonders and give a better curb appeal. It suited our purpose for a weekend get away.

Our party of 6 had a great weekend staying here for our annual Dave Matthews Band trip from Cincinnati. We were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the home. The host was extremely accommodating from afar but more than accessible for all of our needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything we could need. We loved the living room space for cooling off but also the enclosed patio and back deck made for great spaces as well. We played cornhole and grilled, both provided on property. Parking was great. We also slept very comfortably in the beds which were soft and more comfortable than most stays I’ve had, including hotels. The check out process was also so simple compared to most hosts which really took the stress out of the end of our trip. Trash, towels, dishwasher, lights. It helped us relax knowing we wouldn’t have to wake up at the crack of dawn to handle the laundry list of chores that so many other hosts leave for guests. In short, this stay beats most and there was a level of care that was hospitable beyond expectation. Book here if you’re in the area, but we’re calling dibs for DMB in 2027!
