Very nice Holiday-home

The house is exactly like described in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Everything you need available. Our host Kim was always supportive and replied quickly. We would come back in this house.

The host was EXTREMELY gracious, accommodating with our large group. Very spacious and comfortable property. The "garage game room" was such a blast for our entire group. Perfect for those "downtime" moments. The kids toys and games were so fun. Would recommend. Host made communication through apps, books, paperwork, easy to understand. We didn't get to use the outside amenities due to weather, but appreciated the option.

We stayed here for a weekend in the fall to celebrate a wedding with extended family. It was the perfect place for 6 adults, 2 kids to catch up and hang. Every thing we could’ve needed was there. My kiddos loved the toys, we took advantage of the fire pit and while we didn’t cook there, the kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed many pots of coffee.

Kitchen was amply supplied with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Kitchen and dining room had plenty of counterspace and seating. Everything was clean. Even the simple things, like extra batteries for remote controls and appropriate lighters to start fires in the fire pit, were provided. Thank you...a wonderful place in a wonderful neighborhood!

Girls Getaway!

I took my granddaughter and other family members on a girls getaway over the weekend and we had such a wonderful time! Out stay was perfect, the perfect amount of room for 5 women/girls, cozy beds, a cozy couch to lounge on and just chill, and the perfect location for shopping (granddaughter approved) and a last-minute trip to the water park in Carmel! Kim was the perfect host and very communicative for all of our needy questions. The weekend was perfect and our stay was perfect also. We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

This was the perfect place for us to stay with three kids while in the area for care at Riley’s Children’s Hospital. The home is clean and comfortable with ample space for the babies to move around in a walker and on the floor. There are ample amenities supplied. The travel crib and high hair were much appreciated! We hope this will be our home away from home when making future trips to the area.

My friends and I were very pleased with the home we chose for our fun weekend. The home is decorated very nicely and it is filled with more amenities than I have found in any other home. I have ever been involved in renting. The owner was very nice and very easy to work with and communicate with. Definitely a must stay!

I picked this spot because it’s right next to Grand Park, one of the biggest and most energetic youth sports complexes in the country—spanning 400 acres of playing fields, indoor turf courts, and loads of walking and biking trails  . What really makes this neighborhood special is how family-friendly and close-knit it feels. It’s full of well-kept homes, excellent schools, and a real community vibe—you’ll often see friendly neighbors chatting or walking their kids/ pups nearby  .
