Welcome to this charming farmhouse in Noblesville. Sleeps 8 in 4 beds. Accessible by stairs. Standalone 3 Br carriage house beautiful country scenery, mini-kitchen, grill, patios, fire pits, games and more. You'll have the entire carriage house which is detached from the main house with its own private entrances. We live on property in main house. 5 minutes to quaint Noblesville and Cicero downtown, Morse Lake Marina, kayaking/fishing/tubing at White River and walking distance to Potter's Bridge nature trails. 15 minutes to Ruoff Concert Pavilion and Grand Park sports complex. Parking, Pet Friendly. Flex check-in/out times. You are welcome to enjoy the property, patio and fire-pit areas.
2 Bedrooms are divided by barn doors, other bedroom has full-sized bunks. All memory foam. Plenty of linens, hair dryer, curling iron, iron, toiletries. Dishes, coffee/tea provided. Cable TV, gaming devices, books, games and firewood.

We had a lovely stay at the Mable's Farm. The filtered water was a welcome surprise and delicious. The pet friendly environment was good, even for our old dog. Didn't quite make it to starting a fire, but I enjoyed collecting sticks for the next fire starter. Thank you for the stay!

The place was warm and cozy. Loved that they even had the place with Christmas decorations including a Christmas tree. The place has great activities such as ping pong, foosball and Mario cart that my husband and I enjoyed on a very cold day.

Mable's Farm is lovely. The beds are comfy and space is roomy. The 2 bedrooms with queen beds are actually one room divided by rolling barn doors, and you have to walk through one to access the other. Not ideal for adult couples, but not really a problem for good friends. This is a really great place if you're travelling with pets. Plenty of space for them to roam outdoors.

We loved our stay! The guesthouse was super private and filled with so many helpful things from game systems to toys to extra bathroom necessities! The check in and out was super simple and we really appreciated not having a chore list to do at checkout! The area was quiet and beautiful. I especially loved the bed layout so we could sleep near our daughter rather on separate ends of the unit!

The review asked me about a lake view. This property does not have a lake, it is a field, but it is beautiful. It was a scenic, cozy place to relax and enjoy boardgames with our family. The bunkbeds for full size which was great. We had only adults on this trip. The back patio was lovely to sit snd enjoy the weather and views. We also enjoyed having the glasses for margaritas.

The host was phenominal, she was very hospitable and provided a fun atmosphere. We stayed one night but wished we stayed longer because the property had a lot for use to do. The host even offered to drop/pick us up for a local river float. HIGHLY rec. Great place to stay if visiting Ruoff Center

Wonderful stay for my son and his friends at Mindy's place! Everything was clean, she had all the supplies you needed and the use of two fire pits and a gas grill. Mindy dropped off extra cofffwe when we were checking in and asked if we needed anything at all to make our stay better. There were plenty of towels and pillows and extra supplies; and a ping pong table in the garage that was fun to use. Plus the backyard setting was wonderful for the guys to sit around the firepit and chat after dinner. Great place for a friends getaway!!Will definitely book with Mindy again!

Mableā€™s farm is such a super cute property that is within 20 min of Ruoff music center, it was perfect for our little group. Very clean, stocked itā€™s all the necessities, and even items in case you forgot your extras- a private outside hang out area if you want it or a spot you can socialize with the owners (although we didnā€™t have time for that part since it was a very short trip) very cute- will definitely keep them in mind for the future
