We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.

This stylish two-level home offers bright, open-concept living with stunning ocean views. It features three bedrooms: one queen bedroom on the main floor with an ensuite, another queen room downstairs with a bunk room as well. There are is one full and one half bathrooms upstairs and two full bathroom downstairs. With a total of seven beds, including bunk beds in the third bedroom (one double/single bunk, one single/single bunk), and a pullout couch downstairs, the home can accommodate multiple guests. Parking is available for 3 or 4 vehicles. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck, or explore nearby hiking trails. This is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway, yet just a short drive to St. John’s. Wi-Fi availability will be confirmed during cleaning.

Just a short drive to St. John’s, Flatrock offers a peaceful escape with easy access to scenic hiking trails and ocean views. Parking is available on-site, and taxi or ride-share services may be limited, so plan ahead for a smooth adventure!
