Families, couples, and traveling professionals enjoy private hot tub, firepit, and deck. This split level home offers 4 bedrooms (1K, 1Q, 2T upstairs and 1K downstairs) and 3 full baths (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs). Downstairs bedroom has a kitchenette and private living room setup studio style PLUS ping pong, foosball, and connect four in the garage. The kitchen and living room are located upstairs.

Parking: We have space to park 4 cars in the driveway and street parking is available.

Amenities and Entertainment: Relax with the 7 person hot tub with a privacy wall (no exterior cameras are on the hot tub so you can unwind with privacy), have some friendly competition with a game of foosball or ping pong. We provide smart TVs with some free streaming options. Feel free to bring passwords and log in to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney + or other personal streaming accounts.

Main Level (Upstairs): When you enter our home through the front door, you will go upstairs to the main level. Right up the stairs is the open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a Keriug, drip coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need to cook a full meal. The living room includes a smart TV and comfy sectional couch. Down the hall is 3 bedrooms. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway with a bath tub. The bedrooms include a queen bed room, a bedroom with 2 twin beds (trundle bed style, plus a standing desk and lazy boy office chair), and the master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, and private bathroom. There is an ironing board, iron, extra pillows and blankets in the closet at the end of the hall. We also provide a few box fans and laundry baskets found in bedroom closets. In each bathroom we provide starter toiletries and bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels and makeup cloths. Back to the kitchen / dining area is a door that steps out onto the private deck and backyard.

Lower Level: When you walk in the front door, you will go down to the lower level. You can also access the lower level through opening the garage once you are inside the house. In our walkout lower level, you will find the fourth bedroom that could almost be an efficiency studio apartment! Larger groups will enjoy having extra refrigerator space, convection oven, and a kitchenette in the downstairs studio. This bedroom includes a king bed, couch, smart TV, and small dining table. A private bathroom is on this level, beautifully remodeled with tiled shower. The towels for the hot tub are located in this bathroom on the shelving unit.

Our home has around 1600 sf. We can comfortably sleep 8 adults with parking for 4 cars in the driveway and street parking.

You will have full access to the entire private home with the exception of 1 closet is locked for storage of cleaning supplies

Other things to note

For your security, we have exterior security cameras. The hot tub is intentionally left outside the camera frame for your privacy. Cameras are not typically monitored, but it may be necessary to review footage if there are reports of parties or outside noise after 10pm.
