Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required per stay to cover potential incidentals.
Quiet Hours: Start from 10 pm. Please observe local quiet hours to respect the peaceful wine-country neighborhood.
Shared Property: Please note that the owners live on-site in the primary residence, and there is another separate rental unit on the property.
EV Charging: On-site charging is available for overnight use only. Whether you’re traveling with an electric vehicle or a hybrid, you can easily keep your car charged while enjoying your stay at The Hive House. Daytime charging may occasionally cause electrical issues depending on other systems and appliances in use within the home, so guests are asked to schedule vehicle charging during nighttime hours whenever possible. Please note that EV chargers vary by vehicle type, and we are not responsible for charging issues related to vehicle compatibility.
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
