Break from the snow

The house is very nice, especially for 2 couples, as the bedrooms are on different sides of the house giving some privacy. The house was clean, the pool was warm and the hot tub was wonderful. There is lots of shopping close by. The nearby Pioneer village is a wonderful place to go for a walk.

We loved this house and property, the house was very clean, the pool was refreshing.

Loved our stay! Beautiful home! Fenced in yard and privacy fence was perfect! We took advantage of the warm but refreshing pool, hot tub and trails close by. We already reserved for next year! It’s a quiet neighborhood close to everything you would ever need.

Nice place!

It's a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. There were even deer in the yard one night. Close to many stores and restaurants, and is approximately 20-30 minutes from Disney.

Clean, Close to Disney - Really nice place to stay

Well equipped with decent kitchen items which is an excellent touch. Everything about the house was good, location, pool, hot tub, play room in the garage. Close to Publix and Target which is superb for us Canadians We actually didn't use the facilities much as spent long days at the park however why even bother with a hotel when you can stay here. I would highly recommend this rental if you are visiting the area - we were very happy with our stay.

Not the cookie cutter home

Excellent home for our family. Very clean, but a little dated. Not your cookie cutter type home where U can look into the neighbors windows. Pool & Hot Tub were extremely clean, great location. But do not believe your GPS if you are going to the parks. 8.2 miles equal 45 minute commute.

beyond lovely

The photos do not do this home justice! It is so open and inviting--beyond what we expected. We stayed for a week in November 2019. Its within distance of everything important but the house and neighborhood still manage to seem secluded and private. We 100% recommend this property.

Very nice home!

This house has a great layout! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the private fenced backyard. The house was spotless when we arrived. It's an easy drive to anywhere you want to go in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Only small quibbles- the hot tub was very chlorinated, and the bedrooms got pretty warm in the evenings (the living area was nice and cool!). A king bed in the master would be an awesome upgrade. We will definitely consider staying here again!

I recently stayed here with my wife and our friend.It was easy to find. The outside was nicely landscaped and clean.A nice quiet and peaceful area.The inside was very clean. Well looked after and perfect for our Florida stay..Nice size rooms, clean and well presented.Each bedroom was good with the beds made. Good closet space too.Kitchen was clean with the utensils you'd need to cook if you wanted.The pool was very clean, screened in, with a hot tub as well. They got a lot of use.As a base for our visit it was perfect for us.A good size property with seating wherever you need it Having a pool table in the garage was also very welcome.All in all, I'd recommend here to a smaller family of up to about 6.It's roomy enough that you won't be in anyone else way.

First getaway for the Family

Our family of five was so thrilled to get away to a new adventure. The atmosphere is not what we Michiganders are used to, with the hustle and bustle however, once we arrived at the house we felt more comfortable. Nice neighborhood once you get into it. The house was very clean and lots of room for us to unwind. The pool and hot tub, along with the outdoor tv were the highlights of the trip because of COVID restrictions. The notes to operate everything was top notch, much appreciated. Our family would definitely stay again. Mary was very attentive to our request.

Great getaway

Wonderful getaway for our family of 5 (ages 9-16). Pool was a huge hit, definitely worth the extra $ to have it heated. Hot tub was an added bonus. Bedrooms good sized and comfy. Kitchen was very nice, bathrooms spacious and the game room was fun too. Disappointed the basketball game was gone as it was pictured but still a great time. Overall the property was very nice and private with the fenced in backyard. Neighborhood nice and quiet also - just what we were hoping for. Thanks!

Quiet getaway

House is located on a very quiet street. Fenced in yard for more privacy. Little way's off 192. Easy to get to. Only real noise to be heard are the airplanes on take off or landing at the gateway airport. Outdoor TV and hot tub for relaxing at night. Mary was great to work with. Will be using her again next time we come to the area

Too many things wrong with the house. Sorry.

Minutes into stepping into the home I got cut by a piece of glass that was left behind. The ants were all over the place. The jacuzzi was dirty it had hair and dirt in it. The dishwasher did not work. One of the toilets would not stop running.

We understand sometimes pest control needs to address issues outside the rotation and hope they were resolved during your stay when they serviced. We were unaware the dishwasher was broken. We found out just last week and a brand new one is being installed today. Please note pools are serviced weekly and we would have been happy to have the tech come out again if a guest experienced an issue. Thank You again for taking time to review our home.

Beautiful House

We loved this beautiful house! It was perfect for our family and the house provided plenty of things to do. We ended up having to cut our stay short because of the Disney parks closure due to the coronavirus. We are looking forward to staying at this house again when we return to Florida. Mary was so wonderful and such a pleasure to work with during our stay. We appreciate how understanding and flexible she has been with us.

Overall a pretty decent place

The pool, hot tub, and living areas are great here. It’s a little further from Disney and Convention Center than I liked but wasn’t horrible. If we weren’t here for work it wouldn’t have mattered. The Biggest issue was the master bedroom. The mattress is basically a 4” piece of foam and the sheets are some kind of synthetic/plastic material like I’ve never seen. We were super hot every night because of that combo. The master bathroom has an intense smell near the toilet that almost makes you sick to your stomach. I think some deep cleaning or replacing the toilet would remedy it, but you obviously have to deal with that several times a day. Kitchen area is great, living room area is great, quiet neighborhood, fenced in back yard was nice.

Beautiful home with great location.

We spent our honeymoon here and it was beautiful and fully stocked with essentials. The hottub was definitely helpful after a long day at the parks. It is close enough to everything to be extremely convenient but far enough away to get some privacy. Definetly recommend.

Fantastic family holiday

This was our second time staying in White Oak Circle but our first time at this villa. The villa itself was very well equipped and the games room was a good hit with the kids. The villa is located very close to the 192 which leads easily to all Disney/Universal Parks. We had one minor problem with a rattling ceiling fan and left a message for Gemstone who rectified the problem the same day, brilliant service. Hopefully we will return to Florida sometime soon and this villa would definitely be our first choice. Thanks for everything! from Mr Brown & The Parrott family
