The unit is located on the third floor (no one above you) away from the elevator but just a short walk halfway down the hall.

The dining table not only serves as a place for coffee, cocktails or meals, but is a spacious spot for your laptops if you need to do a little work or keep up with emails! For those with extended stays, there is a full kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, two eye stove top, Sur la Table combo air fryer, oven, rotisserie and toaster. We provide everything you need for cooking anything during your stay if needed

TRANSPORTATION: A car is not necessary as you can Lyft/Uber or Taxi around the island, and, in many cases, walk!

~interior and exterior areas to lounge and relax: the outdoor loggia, just next to the pool, offers comfortable seating where you can read, watch passersby, enjoy a cup of coffee, lunch or a drink in the evening

~the Mezzanine offers cozy seating and a library books you can borrow, tables where you can work or play board games and cards
~laundry facilities (credit cards accepted)

BIKES: We have two brand new aluminum bikes with baskets available for rent. $ 25 per stay, plus tax and processing (longer stays are prorated).

SHOPS & DINING just outside the front door of the building are a French cafe, two ladies clothing shops, an interior decor shop, a barber shop, an orchid shop, a stationery shop. There is also a pharmacy and Publix Grocery Store (the only grocery store on the island) is just across the street.

Restaurants in the immediate vicinity are Polo, Echo (Asian), the French cafe, Greens (luncheonette and pharmacy), Amichi Market (high end food market and prepared food to go)

Restaurants within a two to three minute walk are Meat Market (steakhouse), Trevini (Italian), LoLa 41 (neo-global Bistro & Sushi Bar), Henry's (American Bistro), Cucina Palm Beach (American & Italian Cuisine), Echo (Asian Fushion)
