Cozy Small Chic Beach Queen Suite, inspired by French Pierre Frey imported fabric w/mid century modern decor, shower bath, mini fridge, k-cup coffee, Balmuda revolutionary steam 5-mode toaster oven, microwave & task desk. This is a very small charming suite with windows over looking blue skies and greenery. This suite does not have a full kitchen or separate sink. It is not suitable for guests who wish to cook. This historic Palm Beach Hotel has a feel of a bygone era, is just 1 block to the beach (grab our beach towels & go have fun in the sun) or relax by our heated pool. World class restaurants in walking distance. Breakers and Mar-a-Largo within 10 min. drive. No car is needed to enjoy our neighborhood. Please inform is you are bringing a car as parking is limited. Valet parking is complimentary until October 1st when it goes to "user pay" of $15 a day. (tips welcome). Please give valet code "cozy queen" if you bring a car. Valet times are 8 a.m. til 11 p.m. or til 10:00 p.m. from June 1st - Oct 31st. Please check with valet if you need your car outside these times. Please park your car for 15 min. max in front, check-in and ask for my parking placard from mailbox 3018 and give to valet driver. You can't park your car with valet without a placard. Please return the parking placard upon check out or result in a $50 fee. Thank you!
AMAZING LOCATION: 15 min. from WPB airport. The hotels many amenities include a large heated outdoor pool set in a tropical garden, library on the mezzanine level, inside lobby with conversation sitting areas, coin operated laundry room & a day spa for massage, mani-pedi and beauty treatments in the lobby. A covered breezeway with outdoor shops including a French Bakery, barber shop, orchid shop, stationery shop and other fashion shops. Publix grocery store (the only one on the island) is just across the street, open from 7:30 a..m. - 10 p.m. daily.
You will receive a message through AirBnB within 24 hours after booking. For reference, check in at the Palm Beach Hotel Condominium at 235 Sunrise Ave., Palm Beach, FL 33480. The front desk concierge will have your information upon your arrival. Please be patient during high season for check-in as front desk sometimes is very busy. They will provide you with access to your home away from home and are available 24/7. Please note that the New Cozy Suite is on the lower level and there are 11 steps to get to your hallway. Please let us know if you will be checking in after 10 p.m. Thank you!
Please note that we are a historic building and are going through restoration from time to time. On occasions we might have an emergency water shut off but typically will last less than 2 hours late mornings. We will try to notify you in advance if so. We apologize for any inconvenience.

This is a small cozy queen suite, just under 200 sq ft. with a queen bed. You have a fresh outside green with blue sky view. The building is over 100 years old and new homeowners are updating rapidly to bring a better value to our customers. On occasion there are inconveniences so please be patient through our progress. We will also provide a key fob to the building. If not returned, a $50 fee will be applied for not returning. We provide beach towels and chairs in the suite. We welcome your feed back in making all guests feel comfortable.

I was the founder and proud owner for 21 years of the Cabins at Seven Foxes in beautiful Lake Toxaway, NC but sold in the fall of 2021. We decided to build a new home in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and also purchased condos at the Historic Palm Beach Hotel Condominiums. I have been designing homes for friends and family for years so have an eye for decor. I am married with a grown family but love to keep busy.

I was first introduced to this building in the spring of 2021 and fell in love with the potential of this historic hotel. Since we decided to move our primary home from Atlanta, GA to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, I decided to purchase three studios in the building. This unit was renovated in 2015 but I added my personal touches and updated to make my guests enjoy their stay.
