4-Bedroom Country Home in the Heart of San Antonio's Hills-n-Dale Neighborhood!

Nestled in the Hills and Dales neighborhood, it is centrally located to the best that San Antonio has to offer, such as Fiesta Texas (3.5mi), Sea World (11.7mi), La Cantera Shopping Mall (1.9), The Rim Shopping Center (4.0mi), UTSA (1.1mi), La Cantera Golf Course (2.6)mi), Top Golf (4.0 mi), and Andretti’s Gaming-plex (4.0 mi), just to name a few. The Rustic (3.9mi), John T. Floore’s (5.9mi) and Josabi’s (8.3mi) music venues are a close drive away. Restaurants and bars are numerous to appeal to every palate, with the famous Hills and Dales Ice House and Taqueria Aguascalientes being located at the bottom of the hill just 0.25mi away.

As you enter the house, you will see a reading/game room to your right where you can sneak off to and read a few chapters in your favorite book. Just past the library room, you enter the kitchen. The stainless-steel appliances, gas stove and granite countertops provide a quality cooking experience for even the beginner chef. Enjoy your home cooked meal family-style on our long country styled wood dining table. The living room is eclectically decorated and a comfy place to watch TV on the large flat screen. If you prefer to sprawl out on the floor or on a recliner couch, head upstairs to the great room where you can watch the game on the flat screen TV there.
The bedrooms are spacious and offer a king-sized bed in the downstairs master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in a second upstairs bedroom, and two bunk beds that are full- and twin-sized in the 3rd upstairs bedroom. There is also a convertible sofa bed that is located in the downstairs master bedroom and an extra-long sofa in the upstairs great room that can be used for sleeping. A fourth non-furnished, isolated small bedroom is available upstairs where a “Pack-n-Play” crib can be set up if needed. Each of the three bathrooms offer full showers, while the downstairs master and upstairs bathrooms allow you to relax and soak your worries away in a jacuzzi tub.
Being a newer home in an older neighborhood, the homes in this area boast large tracks of property. The Z-Ranch House sits on an acre of rustic landscape, and you are welcome to trek the land if inspired. A family of neighborhood chickens and roosters wander the surrounding homes to provide a real country farm-feel. If you are lucky, they may grace you with their presence where you may feed them with the food provided. Grab a nap in the hammock that is sprawled out between the lazy oaks in the backyard, or BBQ a meal on our grill and serve it up on our 8-seat outdoor patio table. If you are feeling energetic, take a jump on our outdoor trampoline at your own risk. With the location being outside the city, the evening skies are perfect for stargazing while savoring a beverage of your choice with the good company you bring.
