CHECK-IN + ARRIVAL
Smart-lock self check-in is provided for a smooth arrival. Arrival details, access instructions, parking information, and community notes are shared after the required rental agreement is completed.

DOORSTEP BEACH GEAR DELIVERY
For stays of two nights or more, guests will receive information after booking to access optional doorstep beach gear delivery through VayKLife. This service allows you to select additional chairs, umbrellas, cruisers, coolers, and other beach essentials for delivery to the home, with easy pickup after your stay.

GETTING AROUND
Many guests choose to walk or bike to the beach and nearby spots using the included bikes. A car is recommended for exploring Destin, Pier Park, and other surrounding areas. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available.

HOUSE RULES + BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
• Primary reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older and remain onsite for the duration of the stay
• No pets permitted
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• No parties or events
• Registered guests only; occupancy must match the reservation
• Signed Coastline Condos rental agreement is required to finalize booking
• Guests must follow all community rules, including quiet hours and parking regulations
• Parking is limited to designated spaces only
• Street parking is not permitted and may result in towing or fines
• Exterior security devices may be present for safety and occupancy compliance

OTHER NOTES
High-speed Wi-Fi is provided. Guests who rely on uninterrupted connectivity may wish to bring a personal hotspot as backup. Seasonal or winter extended stays may include additional cleaning fees. Coastline Condos does not have access to residential mailboxes, and package deliveries should be arranged through a carrier pickup location. Please report any maintenance or housekeeping concerns promptly so our local team can assist.
