I am so glad we got to host you. This Family Ties house is just so close to so many things. Having the tram just makes visiting the coffee shop and other shopping so much easier. Trying to decide if you want to go to the pool or the beach was hopefully your only challenge. We cannot wait to see you all again!!!

I did receive a message from you a couple of days into your stay that mentioned doors and wood work, but when I replied and asked you a good time to stop by, I never got a response. Regardless, the post busy season deep cleaning has been scheduled. Per State of Florida lodging laws, we are not allowed to leave any food items that have been opened between guests due to risk of contamination. This information is sent multiple times prior to arrival about what is included at the house and what isn't, so that shouldn't have been surprise.

I'm so sorry about the noise next door, I thought most of the loud part of the house being built was over by now. I'm glad we were able to fix the drain and replace the shower liners, but when we spoke on the phone while you were here, you didn't mention the items mentioned. Had I been aware, that would have been handled the same day, just like the drain and shower liners.

Spring Break is the worst time of the year for the beach to be crowded, but we are glad you enjoyed the house!

It is very disheartening to see a review like this when staff and owners work tirelessly to make stays enjoyable for everyone. The owners of the home were the departing guest before your arrival and just replaced placed glasses and pots/pans inventoried in this vacation home. When the televisions and microwave were reported to our office, a member of our maintenance team was called to address these issues. The microwave was tested with a bowl of water, with the guest present. The microwave was in total working order. One of the televisions needed an HDMI cable replaced and that was completed. I think the real complaint was the TV was not a smart TV. I would be inclined inquire on the TVs -or- bring my own Firestick or Roku just in case if this was an issue if this was a situation where you wanted to make sure you had the personal comforts from your own home. Please remember you are borrowing someone's home. This is not a hotel. The clothes, WOW is all I can say. You are correct, we were not going to disturb the current guest...there was no need. We have trained housekeeping crews, inspectors, and property managers who are in and out of these homes very often. The clothes were not stolen. They were in transport by one of the housekeeping crews. Unfortunately, in this situation the original housekeeper was pulled away for multiple days as her child was in the hospital. Your clothes were mailed back to you. If this needs to be disputed I have copies mailing conformation.
