The location was just perfect and the unit was very clean with amazing view! Lights in the living room and the master bedroom were flickering constantly and needs to have them checked. Microwave digital panel was also acting up. I wish the management office was consistent on the communication method (email or text) because when we arrived, I didn't get the text about the parking permit on my phone somehow and trying to get through the gate and the building was very unclear. This property has so many different code (gate to the parking/entering the building/entering your unit) so be sure to note those 3 different codes on your phone and have your phone with you!!

Awesome Condo with Excellent Views!

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. Our only complaint is that we were given incorrect gate codes and door codes, so it was a bit difficult to get in our first day. One of our favorite parts is that this condo is within walking distance to almost every restaurant on Pensacola Beach.

Beautiful beach-themed property right on the beach

Bright, beachy and clean. Wonderful having 2 bathrooms. The views of the beach and Gulf from the huge south-facing windows are amazing! Huge, open, and well-supplied kitchen. The beach is unbelievable--white sand like powder, water crystal clear and warm. You can rent chairs and umbrella for the day. This place is really really nice. I highly recommend it.

Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and as described. I saw some reviews that complained about the door key. We had one problem when we first got there and our code did not work to get in but I called the number on the email and within 2 minutes it was fixed. They were very nice and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

406 was very nice. Beds were comfortable which is a huge plus. Plenty of dishes/pots/pans. Unit was very clean. Limited toilet paper provided for a weeks stay. Problems with the door code access but staff was available to help within a short period of time. Would recommend to a friend and would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great!Beds were comfortable and appliances very updated.Kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend it to anyone and we will probably rent it again. The maintenance staff at the Emerald Isle is great (and friendly). The people at the Pensacola Beach Properties office were very helpful.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great overall stay. The condo was bright and very nicely decorated. The beds and furniture were very comfy and the location was fantastic! Great pool/beach view and great little places for food across the street. My only complaint was mold/mildew on both shower curtains and the master toilet wouldn’t stop running. These things didn’t keep us from having a great time and we’d return for sure!

The unit was great but had issues with every code, except the door to the unit. Called the after hours number for help, the codes they gave us didn't work. Finally a guest there gave us their code and it worked. Maybe if tech support had told us to use a # or check mark with the codes it might have worked but they didn't. Won't stay again due to the code issues. Also really don't understand not providing beach chairs and umbrella, can't bring them when flying. That was stated in the contract but was not happy about it. Had to rent them. The unit and view were great but the code thing was ridiculous.

Great place but the noise was ridiculous

Renovations on an above condo were being done for 4 of our 6 days. The jackhammering was so bad my husband called the cops and filed a complaint. It started at around 8 am and ended around 4pm. Everyone could hear it at the pool also. It was ridiculous!
