STR Permit #076062 South Beach is the quiet corner of Sea Pines, and this villa puts you a short walk from the marina, the Salty Dog, and a calm stretch of Sound beach — shallow, no waves, ideal if you're traveling with little kids. Three bedrooms plus a bonus room with its own balcony access; sleeps 8. Everything is on one level, though it's a third-floor walk-up — two flights, no elevator. Beach chairs, towels, and a cart are already here. Bikes, pickleball, tennis, and golf are all a few minutes away.



The Space:

South Beach is the end of Sea Pines that people tend to fall for. It's quieter than Harbour Town, and everything you need is close enough to walk to — the marina, the shops, the Salty Dog on a night when there's live music on the deck.



The living area opens straight onto the balcony, which is where most people end up in the evening. Big sectional, TV, ceiling fan. The dining table seats six and sits open to the kitchen — granite counters, built-in oven and cooktop, French-door fridge, dishwasher. Full-size laundry in the unit. There's a TV in every bedroom and the WiFi is quick enough to stream on all of them at once.

THE BEACH, SPECIFICALLY

The beach nearest the villa is on Calibogue Sound. That means calm, shallow water and no surf — which is either exactly what you want. If you have small children, it's genuinely better than the ocean side. If you want waves, the ocean beach is a short bike ride away.

WHAT TO PLAN FOR



Sea Pines gate passes are purchased at the security gate when you arrive.

Pool access requires registering for passes

Parking is in front of the building.

The villa is on the third floor and there's no elevator. Two flights up. Once you're inside there isn't a single step — it's all one level



Pickleball, tennis, fishing, and golf are all within a few minutes, and the leisure trails will get you anywhere in Sea Pines without a car. Come for a week and you'll stop driving by about day two.
