Our luxury home is just a 5-minute drive up a mountain in Mayagüez, offering stunning views of the city and ocean—perfect for unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. Centrally located, you're only 5-15 minutes from beaches, restaurants, and top attractions. The home is fully equipped for long stays and families, with AC in every room, 65-inch TVs, a king bed, queen bed, and two bathrooms. Enjoy comfort, style, and the beauty of Puerto Rico in a peaceful, safe setting, with easy access to everything.

The space
Modern and luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout designed for comfort and convenience. The spacious master bedroom includes a king bed, a 65” TV, and an en-suite bathroom, with lots of closet space, designated working space. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed and its own 65” TV. The living room is stylish and inviting, also featuring a 65” TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for long stays, and the entire home has A/C. Enjoy breathtaking ocean and city views from this centrally located and secure mountain retreat. The bottom area of the house is a private studio with its own entrance that is not included in the house rental, the only shared space is the parking area.

Guest access
The entire house is for our guests' private use. There is a separate private studio on the lower level of the house that is not included in the rental. The studio has its own private entrance, and the only shared space is the parking area.

Other things to note
-The house is located on a small mountain (5min up), so a car is recommended for easy access.

-Power and water outages occur throughout the island and are out of our control.
-Being on a mountain in Puerto Rico, insects are natural both inside and outside despite regular pest control. While we minimize their presence, occasional sightings are normal in the tropical climate. Keeping doors and windows closed helps.
-No parties or events are allowed to respect the quiet neighborhood.
