Die Immobilie wurde im Jahr 2003 gekauft und der Hausbau wurde im Jahr 2005 abgeschlossen.

Das Anwesen verfügt über fast und Hektar Land Sitzgelegenheiten in der Nähe der Spitze eines Hügels, die die natürliche Bucht von Boquerón und sein Fischerdorf sowie das Karibische Meer überblickt. Von jedem Zimmer genießen Sie eine herrliche Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und die offenen Grünflächen. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer, eine moderne Küche mit viel Stauraum und alle Utensilien und Geräte (alles aus Edelstahl), die ein guter Koch genießen wird. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine Mini-Split-Klimaanlage, die Ihnen in den warmen Nächten der Karibik Komfort bietet.

Tagsüber ist das Haus aufgrund seiner Lage und der umgebenden Topographie ständig von der kühlen Brise des Meeres umgeben. Die Türen des großen Raums lassen sich vollständig öffnen, um ein Gefühl der Offenheit zu vermitteln, das die Bewohner des Hauses mit den großen Freiflächen und Aussichten in Kontakt bringt, die das Anwesen umgeben. Das Haus hat einen ständig wachsenden karibischen Garten mit vielen herrlichen Blumen, die nur auf den Inseln zu finden sind, und einigen jungen, aber schnell wachsenden Obstbäumen.

Das Haus liegt am Ende der Straße mit nur Grünflächen auf den meisten Seiten. Die Nachbarschaft besteht ausschließlich aus Zollhäusern, von denen viele auch Ferienhäuser für Eigentümer sind, die in anderen Teilen der Insel und in den Vereinigten Staaten wohnen. Aufgrund dieser Tatsache ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig und friedlich, und die wenigen Nachbarn, die das ganze Jahr über in ihren Häusern wohnen, sind äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Nach ein paar Tagen in unserem Haus werden auch Sie verstehen, warum wir diesen ganz besonderen Ort wählen, warum dieses Haus für uns so besonders ist und warum wir es mit Ihnen teilen wollen.

Just like Rosy, We have several other guests that visit our home year after year, which is something that we appreciate immensely and that motivate us to make the experience at our home always an improving one. We try to make the experience at our home a unique, and always evolving, experience. In the last few years we have added ceiling fans throughout the house, new patio furniture, and new Electronics in the Kitchen, and mezzanine with a new TV and Radio. We have also added expanded WiFi capabilities for a complete and reliable WiFi connectivity throughout the house and portions of the yard. We continue making improvements on our Yard planting new plants and trying new things.

Thank so much for your review! We strive to make the experience of our guests an exceptional one. We make frequent use of our vacation home, and we are obsessed with having it fully stocked with top of the line items for us to enjoy, and our guests benefit directly from that obsession. The house has two balconies and a very large terrace that allows our guests to immerse themselves into the beauty of the views and of the nature that surrounds the property. Open green spaces that seemingly reach unobstructed to the beach and to the bay of Boqueron in the near distance. The entire south facade of the house is made out of glass, glass doors, and glass windows. These allow for the peaceful and careful contemplation of its surroundings from the various seating areas throughout the house, and some of the bedrooms. Furthermore, these large doors and windows open to fully free the space, and to allow the free flowing breezes of the sea to reach about every corner of the house. In so providing a relaxing and calming sensation all day long. The house seats neatly between two of the most Popular beaches in the area: Boqueron Beach and Buye Beach. Nevertheless, if you bring a sense for adventure and a lively curiosity, you will love exploring the many beaches, restaurants, and night life that surrounds the little and charming town of Boqueron a few minutes away. Welcome to the Beautiful Island of Puerto Rico!

Amazing Home

Hello Joshua, Thank you for your kind review of our property. Yes, as Joshua indicated, he encountered a problem with our new Solar Water heater. The new heater was installed on March 3rd, 2024. In about three months, and coinciding with Joshua's visit, the water intake regulator failed, not allowing the heating core of the tank to accept water to the point that there was no heating core water to transfer heat to the water flowing through its heat pipe on its way to the house. The heater was fixed during warranty as soon as the manufacturer was able to service it, but Joshua unfortunately had to experience a few days without hot water. The house has been updated with new items on nearly every appliance and system, at this time, over the last two years. New ACs (4), new washer and dryer, new refrigerator, new stove, Microwave, dishwasher, and most recently, as indicated, a Solar water heater. Also, the house features and impressive Solar energy array of solar panels and batteries that have already been demonstrated effective during, and after, two major storms: Hurricane Fiona in the fall of 2022, and Tropical storm Ernesto (just before it became a Hurricane, although it felt like it was already one) just a couple of weeks ago. Similarly, the house features a 600 gallon water tank that provides water during, and after the storms. Puerto Rico's infrastructure is still fragile. We loss street water and power on both occasions, but the house was unaffected due to these systems.

We stayed for 4 days and totally loved this place. The property is on a hill and you could notice it from far with a breath taking view of ocean. The photos don’t do justice. This is way beautiful and you must visit to experience it. We will go again the next time we r in Puerto Rico

Relaxing location with amazing views

We were looking for a place in the Boqueron area, close to the beach but quiet enough to be able to work and also relax. This house provided what we were looking for and then some. Fantastic location, amazing view of the bay and let’s not talk about the sunsets. The balcony provided a perfect setting to enjoy the breeze, the view and the nature surrounding the house. Loved everything about this house (kitchen, laundry area, bathrooms, etc). The communication with the property owner was excellent and the one little issue we had with one AC unit was resolved fast. I highly recommend this house.

Family vacation in Boqueron.

Our family of 6, ages 15-69 spent a wonderful week at Casa Etienne. The house is located on a hillside overlooking the bay at Boqueron. The house is spectacular. There are huge french doors on the side of the house overlooking the bay. In the evening gentle breezes make sitting on the balconies very enjoyable. The setting and view are wonderful. We enjoyed exploring the Cabo Rojo area. This was great house to spend a great week in PR.

Relaxing in paradise with all the conveniences....

We just spent two weeks in this wonderful location. We love it!! The home was well appointed and the views outstanding. We were quite comfortable. Loved Boqueron and all it had to offer and loved coming back to chill at his wonderful house. Everything we needed was there and since we love to cook it was great to do so in the evening when we just wanted to enjoy the company of our friends/family.

Boqueron, and Puerto Rico in general, offer a wonderful variety of sights and activities sure to appeal to all visitors. If Seafood is your thing, the Boqueron, and Joyuda area nearby contain a great list of culinary experiences and choices. For those interested in cooking themselves, a short visit to Puerto Real (less than 10 minutes away) will open up your choices to the catch of the day. Whether that is fish, lobster, crab, and everything in between. During the weekend's evenings, the Little Town of Boqueron comes really alive and offers a great assortment of night experiences ranging from the food street vendors offering oysters and the like, including the famous "Pinchos" (sort of a Kabob) of Shark, Red Snapper, and other varieties of meat (including chicken, beef and pork) to the Karaoke bars, and the exciting party and family atmosphere on its streets. They are is certainly something for everyone of us!

Been Native to the Island of Puerto Rico and knowing real well the different great get-aways in Puerto Rico is how we decided to buy and build our vacation home in this unique part of the island. As far away as you can get from San Juan, its traffic, and the crowds, we located in an area surrounded by great green open spaces, many of the greatest beaches of the island within minutes, near many of the great seafood restaurants of the west coast, and yet, close enough to some of the island largest cities for great fun activities at night, shopping, and site seeing.

The house is located near the top of a hill in nearly an acre of land with great views of the natural bay of Boquerón, and the Caribbean sea. Great views, continuously flowing breezes year around, open green spaces all around, quiet, peaceful, and private. These are the attributes that we value and those are the attributes our home embodies.
