- Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- No pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for violations.
- No motorcycles, RVs, trailers, ATVs, or side-by-sides are allowed on the property.
- No fireworks are allowed on or around the property.
- This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas. Designated smoking areas only. - $500 fine and immediate eviction for violations.
- No parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are strictly enforced.
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. A $200 per person, per day fine will be charged for exceeding this limit.
- We do not offer daily housekeeping. Please use the on-site laundry facilities. Additional towels and linens can be provided for an extra fee.
- Payment Policy
- A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
