Geräumige 3 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bäder Einheit in Low-Density-Komplex befindet sich im Herzen des Golf bietet Golf & Little Lagoon Views !! Der große Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten, ist aus dem Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer zugänglich.

Das Wohnzimmer bietet ein Schlafsofa, 2 bequeme Seitenstühle und einen Flachbildfernseher. Angrenzend an das Wohnzimmer ist die Küche und Essbereich. Die Küche ist mit allem, was Sie für ein Haus gekochte Mahlzeit oder einen Snack auf dem Weg zum Strand muss bestückt. Der Essbereich verfügt über einen Tisch mit Platz für 6 Personen und einen angrenzenden Sitzbereich mit vier Barhockern an der Bar.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Brust, reichlich Stauraum und Fernsehen. Das private Master-Bad verfügt über eine Duschkabine und Wanne Garten, mit viel Platz im Schaltschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Bett mit Kommode und reichlich Stauraum. Schlafzimmer drei oder der Kids Nook bietet zwei Twin-Etagenbetten und eine Kommode.

Obwohl sich das Spinnaker Pointe direkt gegenüber vom Strand befindet, gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Der Zugang zum Strand befindet sich im Osten etwa 2 Blöcke und ist ein öffentlicher Zugang mit einem Fußgängerübergang, Parkplatz, wenn Sie sich entscheiden zu fahren, und öffentliche Toiletten.

Sehenswertes in der Nähe sind: Waterville USA, Minigolf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall und Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Außerdem befinden sich in exklusiven Golfplätze.

Spinnaker Pointe liegt zentral zwischen Mobile und Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos sind nur zwei Stunden entfernt!

My stay was excellent. The location was right across the street from the beach and steps away from the pool. Service was exceptional. It there was an issue it was resolved immediately. The only downside was that you are only provided one roll of toilet paper and one roll paper towels. There are onsite grills and we even received a beach essentials credit. Amazing place… We will definitely book again.

Family vacation

This is our third time staying at this location. They are always clean and this is the first year we had any maintenance issues. Which they resolved immediately. It’s walking distance to the gift shops and the hangout so no need to pay for parking. Nice view of the lagoon off the balcony.

Gulf of America weekend getaway

The place was a great stay. Condo was clean and came with all the necessities needed! The King bedroom mattress is very loud and I would wake up our baby getting in and out of the bed all night and the beach access is public beach access. It is a good little walk to get to the boardwalk out to the beach especially if you have a 2 month old and a lot of things to carry. The closest paid parking is very small and fills up quickly.

Great for our family

We were walking distance to all of the local things we wanted to do! We were a quick walk away from the beach. The pool is viewable from the deck and you can see the water from both spots! The house was clean, ready for us, and was easy to get in and out of when we needed to come and go. If you have kids, I would bring scooters for the walk to things!

Bunch of guys golfing so just was there in the evenings. All we had time for a little TV and a place to sleep. Had a good time. Only complaint s we had was that there were no trash bags, no dish towels, and not enough wash clothes and towels

Brian, We hate you only had a 3/5 star experience during your stay with us in this great property. The arrival information gives guests the details of what is provided with your stay ahead of time to help guests with planning for their trip. It states how many towels, washcloths, hand towels and dish towels are included so guests can plan ahead of time. If you did not have the allotted amount upon arrival, we would've made sure they were brought to you during your stay. We are terribly sorry if this was the case, however we never heard from you or we would've been more than happy to assist with making your stay all that it should be. Good Location, needs detail cleaning

Good location near the beach and main attractions. Kids loved the pool and adults enjoyed the outdoor balcony. Couple things about the condo the floors and kitchen counter tops were dirty upon arrival. Overall it was a good first stay with using VRBO.

Great place! Very comfortable and close to the beach. Host was responsive and helpful.

Very easy to book and the property manager was very helpful. They also let us check in a few hours earlier. Proximity to the beach was great (right across the street). We had one small appliance issue and the property manager had someone come fix it early the next day. Great place. Recommended.

Cute place!

Very cute place. Not too far from the public beach access. Did find a water bottle and some food under the coffee table the first night. So that wasn’t cleaned great but everything else was very clean!

Great stay!

The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star are the steps to get to the room. Two huge flight of stairs were definitely not ideal to go up and down multiple times a day. Anyone with handicap needs wouldn’t be able to stay here.

Loved the place the only issue we had was we had to wash all the dishes and counter tops before we could use them and beds were not great either other then that we loved it it was perfect
