This beautifully and newly furnished 56m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.
The living room is designed for relaxation. It features a homely sofa bed, a TV for entertainment, and a dining table. Oversized windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. You'll also have access to a balcony, which is perfect for enjoying the view.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and necessary cookware and cutlery, making meal preparation effortless. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, a wardrobe, and high-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.
The bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries, so you can refresh and unwind with ease.
For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Just a short drive away is The View at The Palm, an observation deck on the 52nd floor of The Palm Tower, providing panoramic vistas of Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.
For dining, the Dubai Marina area, situated not very far away, boasts numerous restaurants catering to diverse culinary preferences. Establishments such as Terra Mia Dubai Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria offer authentic Italian cuisine in a waterfront setting.
With beach access, residents can enjoy leisurely seaside strolls or sunbathe by the pristine waters. The area also caters to fitness enthusiasts, featuring scenic pathways perfect for a jog while taking in breathtaking waterfront views.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber and the local version of the Careem App are available in the city.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
