The bedroom contains a delightful king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep.

The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The apartment building is in an excellent location for business travellers, families and holiday goers. You can find plenty of things to do right by the Dubai Marina. You could also head to the Dubai Marina Mall, 23 minutes on foot, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Sobha Realty, is just a 17-minute walk.

Dubai International Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
