Dieses Haus wurde im November 2012 mit neuen Möbeln renoviert, drei große Flachbildfernseher T. V. 's einschließlich eines 70 Zoll im Wohnbereich, eines 46 Zoll im Hauptschlafzimmer und eines 46 Zoll im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Enthält auch NETFLIX, WLAN, HD-Kabel-TV, Computerarbeitsplätze mit Drucker / Scanner.
Alle Küchenutensilien sind neu, die meisten Kleingeräte sind Küchenhelfer. Wir haben versucht, alles einzuschließen, was Sie für Ihren Besuch benötigen: Mikrowelle, Mixer, 10-Tassen-Kaffeemaschine, Kaffeemühle, Keurig-Kaffeemaschine, Teekanne, Mixer, Serviergeschirr, Wasserkocher, Bratpfanne, elektrisches Messer, Waffeleisen, Slow Cooker , Reiskocher, Reiben etc ...
Die Schlafzimmer sind mit hochwertigen, festen, weichen Matratzen ausgestattet. Es gibt nichts Schlimmeres als auf einer billigen Matratze zu schlafen. Die beiden großen Schlafzimmer verfügen über neue Vorhänge mit Sonnenschutzfutter, damit Sie auch im Urlaub gut schlafen können. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat Sonnenschutzrollos. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Deckenventilatoren.

Es gibt einen großen Salzwasserpool in unserem Hinterhof, der von einer Veranda umgeben ist, um diese lästigen Insekten aus Florida fernzuhalten. Unser Hof ist privat, teilweise beschattet, so dass Sie nachmittags draußen sitzen können, und es gibt keine Nachbarn, die direkt hinter unserem Haus leben. Es ist sehr privat. Es gibt einen Propangrill und luxuriöse Terrassenmöbel aus Aluminiumguss, einschließlich eines Konversationsbereichs mit Platz für 4 Personen, zwei Liegestühlen und einem Esstisch für zwei Personen. Wir haben eine elektrisch versenkbare Markise in der Veranda installiert, um Schatten zu spenden.

Es gibt Parkplätze für 2 Autos auf der Einfahrt. Es gibt keine Parkplätze in der Garage, es wird nur zur Aufbewahrung verwendet. Obwohl die Garage über eine Doppeltür verfügt, handelt es sich tatsächlich um eine Einzelgarage. Der Stauraum ist begrenzt, da sich in der Einzelgarage ein Golfwagen, Fahrräder usw. befinden.

Great House

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The TV's in every room were great. We especially liked the huge TV in the great room - perfect for watching movies. The location was ideal too - close to Delray Marketplace, and not far from downtown. We highly recommend the house for your stay in Delray Beach.

Great House-Great Location!!!

The owners, John and Donna were extremely easy to work with and very helpful and accommodating to all our needs. The house has every convenience you could ask for and more. This was our 3rd time using VRBO and also our longest stay anywhere-3 months. It was so comfortable my wife felt like she was home and I echo those sentiments. I highly recommend this property-you won't be disappointed. Thanks again-John and Donna.

So perfect.

The home is welcoming and has everything you need and more. Just bring your food and you’re set. So many things available to you. Complete peace and quiet, anything you might possibly need in the kitchen. The home is very clean and inviting. Very comfortable. We biked to dinner at the clubhouse a few times, biked to pickle ball, grilled, had the choice of three pools between the house and the clubhouse. Paved trails to enjoy, friendly neighbors. Inside the home had everything you could ask for to cook and enjoy your time. Games, beach towels and chairs, and much more. It’s all there. It was hard to leave. I hope to stay again.

The neighborhood (friendly neighbors, clubhouse pool, fitness center, restaurant) was wonderful. Owners were very easy to work with. Pool at house was nice. 25-30 min drive to Atlantic Ave (depending on traffic). Many restaurants 5-10 min away. Good location near turnpike.

Great American Experience

Donna and John Chun are great hostes. Me and my family wanted to have a short experience on how is to live in America. We choose to stay around Boca Raton, so my kids could attend a Summer Camp, meanwhile we could live inside a gated community with its safety, tranquility and amenities. Polo Trace was such a great place to live this experience. There are two Publix near by, and Delray Beach as well Boca Raton Mysner Park are both 20 minutes driving. The house was exactly what we needed. Well furnished, great appliances, awesome kitchen, and a pool which exceed our expectations. Also, Donna and John left all the information we needed, as well as they were always available when we had some minor problems to solve. I wish I can come back again in the next years.

great spot in Delray

nicely located in Delray suburbs with easy access to downtown, the Florida turnpike, route 95, etc. Many restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, etc. nearby. The house and complex are well maintained with a very nice community pool and tennis courts. The house is perfect for couples with plenty of room and is well equipped to meet all your needs...in particular the kitchen is stocked well with appliances etc. We spent two months here and really enjoyed ourselves. The owners are super responsive and helpful. We felt that our money was well spent renting here for the months of April and May 2018.

Hi Joe, Thanks for the great review, it is much appreciated. A lot of things have changed since you visited. A new 26,000 q ft clubhouse is under construction, with several pools, pickle ball, basket ball, resisitance pool, etc. There is a new grand front entrance into the community, and the roads have all been repaved. Looks like everything will be finished early 2020. I can't wait to see it, but so far, looks like it will make our community more like a resort. Take care, John Chun.

Deserted Maine for the wonderful winter warmth of Delray, FL.

Rather than have our FL son and his family trek to Maine and guess at snow outfit sizes one more time, this Grammy and Grampy reversed the annual trend and traded shovels for suntan lotion. It really was no surprise that the Chun property was exactly as pictured and described. The community though physically close is extremely private and quiet. We met relocated owners from familiar areas in the northeast. For any cook, the kitchen is replete with every appliance and handy gadget imaginable. Evening TV viewing is enhanced with Netflix on large screens. Floors glisten w/white tile. Bedrooms and baths are spacious. Garage includes amenities like bikes to make for an enjoyable ride to close by natural attractions, peddle around the gated community and to the community center's large heated pool, tennis courts, fitness center and golf course. Maintenance for the grounds and building properties was beyond dependable to exceptional. Polo Trace is a quick and easy drive to stores and restaurants and w/easy access to highways for side trips. Roadways are in easy grids to explore new destinations. We thank John and Donna for sharing their wonderful find with fellow snow bunnies.

Best experience

The house attended perfectly what we needed. We stayed for 3 months in this beautiful house. It's close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping centers and movies. The community is very calm and safe, as is the city either. And the house is entirely furnished with high quality acessories. If you want to stay in a beautiful house with comfort and close to everything, this is your house. Para brasileiros que queiram passar uma temporada na Flórida, em Delray Beach, eu recomendo esta bela casa totalmente mobiliada e equipada. Ela tem piscina, churrasqueira, 3 quartos, e acomoda tranquilamente até 7 pessoas. Fica perto de supermercados, farmácias, centros de lazer e etc. Muitos pontos turísticos frequentados por residentes e desconhecidos por turistas. Após 3 meses nesta casa com minha família, realmente vamos sentir saudades.

Convenient home away from home!

We just spent a whole month in Delray Beach for the first time and was a bit worried about all the conveniences left behind, but the house was filled with all things necessary and had a pool at the house which was key for the kids after a long day at tennis camp!! I can't say enough nice things about the owners too!! Super sweet and accommodating! The location of the house is perfect if you want to get around Florida with an ease and have a safe and quiet home to come back to. I would definitely stay there again if I go back for a month!!!

Thanks for the review, Nancy. Good point about the location. We are very close to the Florida Turnpike, which goes north to Orlando, south to Ft. Lauderdale Airport and connects to the I-75 running through the Everglades to Florida's west coast. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great Home, safe neigborhood, nice golf course

We loved visiting and golfing in the Delray Beach area. Lots of great, inexpensive courses to choose from. Home is great, nice to have a 70 inch big screen TV with High Def television. Better than mine at home. Community gym and pool is well equipped, tennis courts are a nice plus. We also enjoyed having a couple bikes in the garage to get out to the nearby conservation area.

Wonderful Experience!

Among the houses we have rented before through different states, this one is my favorite!!! It is a very comfortable home, with EVERYTHING you need. We love cooking, and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and tools. The beds were hard to leave! The TV´s were awesome… and the pool was a blast! My teenagers enjoyed it a lot, especially going to the community gym, pool and tennis courses. The location of the neighborhood is great, with lots of things to do around it. The gardens and streets are neat and neighbors are very friendly. We will miss it!!! Thank you Donna and John for your kindness, you are a loving couple!

Beautiful Home, great golf course community in Delray Beach

Donna and John: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. We were shocked at how well equipped the house was, there was every conceivable appliance in the kitchen. Everything looked brand new, better than we expected. It was really nice having the private pool, and no neighbors living behind the house. It is a very safe neighborhood, and we will be sure to come back. It was nice to have a huge 70 inch TV in the living room, I will have to get one for my house now!! I would recommend this to anyone interested in Delray/Boca Raton.

We rented this wonderful house for a month and loved it. It was our first time renting from home away so I was a bit stressed but we were so lucky to have rented Donna & John's beautiful house. They were very helpful and made everything so easy for us. They got back to us immediately if we had any questions. Everything looked brand new and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The living room was perfect. The pool was a great size and our two children enjoyed it very much. The location and neighborhood was superb. Security was a plus. We felt very safe. We would definetely rent this great house again one day. We loved every minute of it!!!

Home away from home

My wife and I just completed a three month stay at this wonderful property in Polo Trace, and it was if we had simply moved our home from Canada to the warmth of Florida. The owners, John and Donna have gone out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. The open concept home is extremely well equipped from all new small appliances, new 42 to 70 inch HD TV's, Wifi, to beach chairs to tennis rackets and bikes to name but a very few. The two master suites offer full privacy. The heated pool and enclosed lanai, with all the outdoor furnishings was a hugh plus for us. On many days we just relaxed and enjoyed the salt water pool and warm breezes while sunning ourselves within the full privacy of the rear yard. The gated community is beautifully maintained and pride of ownership shows everywhere. The community pool, hot tub, fully equipped gym, and lighted tennis courts gave access to all the extra exercising we could absorb. The golf course is both beautiful and challenging and considered a premium course in South Florida. We also spent many hours walking through two very close nature preserves, one of which was only a kilometre walk up Hagen Ranch Rd. We never tired from watching and photographing such a variety of wild life. Both preserves were musts for all of our visitors. When you see professional nature photographers there everyday you know both preserves are very special as are many others within an half to one hour drive. Although the beaches are about 8 miles to the east it is a quick drive and the beaches run forever with life guard stations along all public sections. Downtown Delray Beach comes alive in the evening with an multitude of restaurants to meet every taste imaginable. We left many menus of our favourite ones in the house for other renters. Overall the area shopping (Boyton Beach, Delray Beach and Boca Raton) seems limitless with both variety and value. We have particularly enjoyed the recently opened Delray Market Place which is a 5 minute drive away. It has a large new Publix's grocery store along with retail and restaurants and a new movie theatre complex with 14 regular sized theatres and an IMAX, together with a 16 lane bowing alley. You will be hard pressed to find another vacation rental like this one. Our very special thanks to John and Donna for making our winter stay in your home such a memorable experience. Ian & Denyse

What a wonderful vacation

We absolutely enjoyed our time at Polo Trace, this beautiful Florida home was just minutes away from restaurants, shopping and golf! Quiet, spacious, comfortable and VERY clean. Well maintain and it had everything we needed!!! Most importantly we can't wait to go back next year and the year after! Pictures don't do it justice!

Donna is partially retired, and I'm still working away. I've owned a new home construction company in Hamilton Ontario Canada for the past 36 years. We enjoy visiting Delray Beach during the winter, and we rent out our house when we are not using it.

We love Delray Beach. It was voted in 2012 as 'the most fun town in USA'. The downtown core features a strip with many restaurants, outdoor patios, galleries and spas. Great for people watching and enjoying happy hour. Delray Beach is a safe, clean, well kept area. Beaches are less than 9 miles away from our home, and there are lots of public golf courses and restaurants nearby. And let's not forget shopping. Malls and boutique shops throughout the area. This home is well kept and the second master bedroom/ensuite bath is great if you have another couple visiting. The third bedroom also has a queen bed.

Its great to live near so many golf courses. Green fees are reasonable, and last minute rates are available on-line. Boca Raton to the south is just a few miles away. Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach are just to the north. Great shopping throughout, tons of great restaurants nearby. There are at least 25 golf courses in the area with green fees from $35+ in the offseason, prices escalate from Nov 1 to May 1.
