Great house

The house was great, close to the beach and lots of local attractions. It was clean upon arrival and we had no issues during our stay. The house had everything you could need. My kids enjoyed the pool and ping pong table the most. Would def stay here again in the future :)

Entspannte und gemütliche Woche

Trotz unseres späten Eintreffens kam der Vermieter noch vorbei, um uns einzuweisen.Komplett eingerichtet, großer Tisch für gemütliches Essen, geräumige Schlafzimmer, schöne Badezimmer, schöner Außenbereich und toller Pool, viel Grün und im Nachbargarten tolle Echsen. In der Garage viele Strandutensilien wie Schirme,Stühle,Spielzeug. Nur ein paar Minuten zu fahren und ein langer breiter Sandstrand lädt ein. Wir ( 5 Erw. + 1 Kleinkind) waren alle sehr angetan von dieser Woche und würden es immer wieder buchen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar. Man könnte auch die vorhandenen Fahrräder benutzen.

Wie angegeben schönes Haus, in ruhiger Wohngegend, alles notwendige in unmittelbarer Gegend

Alles war so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben!! Einfach Koffer auspacken und Genießen. Toll fanden wir auch das beheizbare Pool, nur die Poolumrandung gehört ein wenig auf Vordermann gebracht! ;-) Der große Kitchenaid Barbecuegasgriller ist optimal und lässt keine Wünsche offen, nur ein Grillbesteck wäre noch von Vorteil! Alles in allen hatten wir hier einen super Aufenthalt. Dank nochmals an Kavin, für seine lockere und nette Art!

Location, Location, location

This house is in a perfect location. Close to shopping, Near the expressway. Close to the Beach, nice neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, the screened porch is nice. The downside is that most of the interior furniture appears to have come from thrift stores. The pool area has so much foliage growing close to the pool that the shedding from the plants is a nuisance. the house trim adjacent to the pool area needs painted making the area look shabby. I would stay there again because of the location. But for the price relatively small updates are needed.

Annual Guys Trip to South Florida

Gino/Kevin’s house in Deerfield Beach has lots of room for 5 guys for a 10 day stay, pool was amazing (Kevin had the temperature set perfect). Check-in was a breeze and Kevin only a phone call away if needed (and he wasn’t). Have rented before from Gino/Kevin and will definitely use them again without hesitation.

SIMPLY THE BEST!

Me, my husband, my sister and all of our adult kids (a group of 9) stayed at this amazing house for 4 days. The host is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. While communication was perfect, I never needed him because he thought of EVERYTHING. From bikes to blow dryers, a million towels to everything you could possibly think of for a kitchen, to the most comfortable mattresses and quality bedding, to gas for the grill and shampoo, there was nothing this host didn’t think of. The house was spotless, the pool was awesome and there was privacy galore. Plenty of room, beds and bathrooms for 9 adults. I could not think of a single thing that would have made this rental better. Do not hesitate if you need a place in the south Florida area because this house is also centrally located. Loved it!

Bedrooms were nice. The one bedroom with three single beds worked well for bedding kids. Children really enjoyed the pool We also enjoyed the outdoor screened in porch with ping pong table and outdoor table perfect for enjoying morning coffee.

Cobwebs and several caterpillars in master bedroom. Several things were broken. Was supposed to meet at house which never happened and then was told he would leave 2nd set of keys in mailbox which never happened either. Lots of ele trical outlets did not work. Although all the amenities weren't totally updated everything was certainly serviceable, provided lots of fun, there was a pool table, a heated pool and worked out just fine for our group Any issues we had we brought to the attention of Kevin the owner/manager and he was always cheerful and available. Our stay certainly rates a 9.

Deerfield Beach

This property is conveniently located walking distance from the beach. Owners provide beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, coolers and sand toys. The house has plenty of space and is equiped with an awesome grill, outside seating, and a heated pool. Property is located near Boca Raton which houses beautiful restairants and boutiques. I would just advise thenowner to fix the tiles around the pool;they are loose. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our visit to Deerfield Beach. We enjoyed the heated pool and pool table every evening. The kitchen had appropriate cooking supplies and outdoor grill was nice. Check in and check out was easy and communication with the manager was always good.

Horrible Experience

The property was highly dingy and dirty with rotten baseboards and drywall around the shower. There was mold on the shower door. The kitchen counter tops were not secure and would slide when leaned on. The pool tiles along the edge of the pool were all loose, and if you grabbed onto the edge, the tiles would flip up, Etc Etc Etc

Nice, clean, spacious home in a great location and not far from beach.

Found the house to be clean upon arrival. The rooms were spacious. Plenty of towels and really liked that beach chairs and umbrellas were made available. The pool was well kept. There are some loose tiles on the edge of the pool that need to be secured but it wasnt a problem for us. The pool/ping pong table was nice but the humidity has ended up warping the table unfortunately. Didnt prevent us from enjoying a few games on it. The beds were comfy, however the pillows could use replacing as they were kind of flat. Also there was only one King bed, not like it was advertised on the listing. We had problems with the grill at first. I messsged the owner a few times about it and i could sense his frustration. We replaced the propane tank but still no luck. The owner sent over Kevin to "show us" how to use the grill since no one had ever had issues with it before but ultimately there was a problem with the grill. The hose needed to be replaced. After fixing Kevin tested it with us present and found that only 3 of the 4 burners worked. Wasnt the end of world but it definitely affects the overall temp of the grill and grilling took longer than it should. We're grillers so this was a bit of a downer for us. We used the George Foreman grill in the house as a backup. The house is in a good area, conveniently located between Boca and Pompano. The beach is just minutes away and a straight drive. Overall, we all had a great time and would consider renting again. Thank you Gino!

Surfers Paradise

We had an excellent time at Kevin’s home. Close to all amenities, restaurants ( must go to Charm City Burger and The Cove) Easy walk to the beach and Deerfield Island. Kevin and his team were very responsive to any matters we had. Pool was great and private and home was large enough for everyone. Definitely would recommend. Mark

Awesome family home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. This spacious house was perfect for us and our two small children (1 toddler, 1 infant) . We enjoyed all the amenities especially the pool, patio with grill and kitchen. The managers were super responsive to any issues we had and fixed issues with heater and garage door asap. They even sent over space heaters when it was colder in our kids rooms. Highly recommend ! Would give 4.5 stars if possible . Only half a star off was for cleanliness of outside patio tile and the neighborhood location . It was Perfect for the type of trip we needed with two small kids . Thanks Gino !
