Excellent vacation accommodations

We are repeat visitors to this area and this is the best condo we have stayed in. It is exactly as listed;very clean, spacious and well stocked. We had many meals in the privacy of the balcony while enjoying great views of the beach,dolphins and fabulous sunsets. The entire complex is very clean and well maintained.

Wonderful Las Olas condo at Indian Shores

Awesome! The condo was beautiful, very clean & stocked with everything we needed & more. The view from the balcony was breathtaking & the condo residents were very friendly & welcoming. Owners were flexible & made sure our stay was perfect.

Great sunset. Peaceful and perfect

Beautiful gulf views, great pool by the beach, good fishing and very nice clean beach. Condo was like a home away from home, had everything we needed. Forth floor balcony offers lovely view and nice breezes. Location was very convenient to restaurants, grocery, shopping and golf! Coming back. The Smiths

Fantastic Experience

We just returned from a fantastic 2 month stay at this wonderful condo. The view alone is worth the stay. We enjoyed watching the awesome colors at sunrise & the sunsets are simply spectacular. There is so much to see & do in the area & the restaurants within walking distance are first rate. There is even a great pizza place very close by. There is a wonderful beach where you can walk off all that great food & if you do not feel like going to the beach there is a pool right downstairs on the oceanfront. The condo is very well maintained & the owner is very responsive. At the end of the day there is an amazing king size tempurpedic bed where you fall asleep listening to the waves. We can hardly wait to return again this fall. I would highly recommend this condo,

What a lovely stay

We have just come back from a 3 month stay in this lovely condo. The unit is exactly as pictured on this site. The kitchen has been recently upgraded and it is extremely well equipped with spices, baking dishes, small appliances and a full assortment of glasses and dishes. The view of the beach from the kitchen windows and the balcony is terrific – there is always lots to watch on the water. The beds in both bedrooms are extremely comfortable and there is plenty of storage space in both rooms. The wifi worked very well – and there is even a DVR for recording television shows that we found very convenient. The condo building is very well maintained and quiet – and everyone, guests and owners alike, were very friendly. There are only 23 units in the building so lots of opportunity to meet your neighbours on the stairways, in front of the property on the beach, at the pool or in the recreation room. The stretch of Gulf Blvd where Las Olas is situated has many amenities: there is a mini golf across the street, a great pizza place within a 3 minute walk and the superb Salt Rock Grill is a 5 minute walk the other way. Indian Shores Town Hall is next to the Salt Rock and offers exercise classes, a pretty good little library and hosts a Sunday market in its parking lot. On the beach, you can literally walk for miles north or south. A 45 minute walk north takes you to the community of Indian Rocks Beach with all its restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and a great doughnut shop. And finally, a word about the owners. From the initial inquiry about availability to our final email a few minutes ago, we found them to be very responsive and personable. There were a few issues that cropped up during our stay and I must say that I was very impressed with how quickly they responded … a small pipe leak was resolved within a day or two and a broken microwave was replaced extremely quickly. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this unit or its owners.

Beautiful Property

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property recently. It was very well maintained and has exceptional amenities. The beach is steps away and is so convenient! If there is a day you don't feel like swimming in the ocean, you have access to the pool. After being at the beach, pool, or seeing all the sights/activities in the area, you can sleep comfortably in the huge Tempur-Pedic bed! Another great feature is the washer and dryer at the condo; very handy to have.. Since we were new to vacationing in the area, the owner left us lots of information and recommendations which were perfect for us.My son loved how every morning you would wake up to a nice ocean breeze and a gorgeous beach/ocean view. My daughter loved the spectacular sunsets! We are booked again for the same time this year and can hardly wait!

Wonderful Experience

I grew up in St Petersburg, live in Riverview and have been renting for a month in the Indian Shores area for quite a few years. This was the first time we stayed at this location and it is perfect! I love everything about htis place and the owner is outstanding. We are booked again for the next two years and I can't wait till July 2014 comes! The unit is beautifully decorated, well maintained and everything the owner said it would be. We were blessed to find this unit and owner and look forward to many summers at Las Olas.

Great vacation spot

Our second time staying at the condo. Listing describes the property exactly & the photos accurately represent the condo. Owner was very helpful & responsive. The condo was very clean & well maintained. That also applies to the entire property. Fantastic view & truly amazing sunsets. It is especially enjoyable watching the dolphins from the balcony & to also see the pelicans diving for fish. There are some great restaurants in the area & we even found a very good pizza parlor. There are plenty of activities in the area & some great shopping. This condo offers the complete vacation experience whether you enjoy sightseeing or relaxing on the beach or by the pool. Would highly recommend this condo.

Good place to stay

We had a great time. The veiw of the beach is great and those sunsets awsome. The beach area is what you want. The property is so well kept. Very good swimming pool. Close to all kinds of shopping, "ask my wife." There are lots of restaurants in the area, its up to you what you would like. Tampa airport is only 45 minutes away. The condo is as shown. The rates are very good, fit into our budget. It all depend on what you are looking for. It work out great for us.
