EINZIGARTIGES STRAND-EIGENTUM. Das außergewöhnliche und einzigartige Hotel liegt am Indian Shores Beach am Intracoastal und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine direkte Uferpromenade mit einem eigenen beheizten Pool, einem Privatstrand und einer Bootsrampe sowie einem Angelpier mit einem schönen Gemeinschaftsbereich fĂŒr Docktail-Treffen am spĂ€ten Nachmittag. Der Strandzugang zum Golf von Mexiko liegt direkt gegenĂŒber. Die Endeinheit im ersten Stock wurde komplett mit Fresh Light-Fliesen und wunderbaren Möbeln und KĂŒchenschrĂ€nken und -gerĂ€ten modernisiert. Sonnenlicht durchflutet die WohnrĂ€ume und es herrscht das GefĂŒhl, im Weltraum zu schweben, um alle Annehmlichkeiten des Intracoastal am Wasser zu genießen. Der Hauptwohnbereich der Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Holzkamin, der zum privaten Außenwohnbereich fĂŒhrt. Die KĂŒche wurde mit HolzschrĂ€nken, neuen GerĂ€ten und Massivholztheken aktualisiert. Das gerĂ€umige Hauptschlafzimmer mit Bad ist mit zwei Waschbecken, einer großen begehbaren Glasdusche und einer festen OberflĂ€che ausgestattet. Paradise!

We live in Washington state so this was a big trip for us. Spent several weeks researching the perfect place and this condo did not disappoint! The condo is beautiful, we enjoyed watching dolphins and other wildlife from the deck, and the location is a perfect home base for exploring. Would definitely stay here again!

This is an amazing condo. So beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The view of the water was so nice. We saw lots of wildlife, dolphins, ducks, fish and birds. And the beach was just across the street. They had lots of chairs and things to take to the beach also. Highly recommend this property. Will definitely return. The BEST Place!

From the very beginning, everything was great. When we arrived, we were amazed at the cleanliness of the place. The accuracy of the photos and description is spot on! The place had EVERYTHING you would ever need to feel like home. Plus, you get to see the sunrise in the morning off your private balcony and it’s a very short walk (3 min or less!) for the sunset in the evening. If you are looking for lots of beach with not a lot of people, this is the place to stay! We definitely will be back.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The property was clean and the layout was perfect for our needs, felt comfortable and safe. This unit has a floor plan with bedrooms separated from the kitchen and living area which is ideal for getting a good nights rest. Sunrise with coffee in the morning with intracoastal views from your living room to the East and fiery gulf sunsets a short walk across the street to the West. Mike was a superb host and provided splendid restaurant recommendations, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal, but you’re on vacation.. eat local ;-) we’ll be back soon!

A little slice of heaven in Indian Shores!

From the moment we opened the door, we could see how spotless this property was. The owners take great pride in their home which was evidenced by the beautiful beach decor. They have truly thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and wonderful. The view is breathtaking, the close proximity to the gulf makes morning beach walks easy, and the private dock for fishing is where my husband camped out every day. Restaurants, bars, and convenience stores are an easy walk or drive. This second bedroom is somewhat small and tight, since it has a queen bed plus a bunk bed in it. However, this makes it perfect for a family as opposed to two 60ish couples which we were. Except for a few things, which were really personal preference, this condo hits the target for vacation spots. Shout out to Mike, the owner’s friend, who guided us through the renting of this property, and checked on us by phone throughout our stay. Always looked forward to our chats!

Clean, Convenient, Caring

This is a great property. It is a bottom level unit (though you still have to walk up one flight of stairs because the garage is underneath the condo). The condo is at the end of the building so you have a view of the intracoastal waterway. There's a storage unit where you park your car for outdoor stuff. The pool is a couple steps down the parking lot. For outside stuff and beach stuff, it has EVERYTHING you need. Seriously, don't pack the beach wagon, there is one and they have sand toys as well (these take a lot of room in our car). They have pool noodles, chairs, fishing poles, towels. If you have a big group you'll need more chairs. The beach was a super close walk across the street and the condo is right next to a cross walk and beach access so very convenient. Caddy's is in walking distance. Inside is super clean, probably the most clean and organized VRBO we've stayed at. Communication with host was incredibly kind and reliable.We rode our bikes up and down Gulf Blvd from the condo, down to Indian Shores Coffee and north to VIP Mexican. It's a 2-lane road here so felt safer than other 4 lane parts of Gulf Blvd. There's a trolley you can take too.Splash Harbour is super close. We spent a day there with our 4 yo. They make you pay to park so may want to avoid that, though you can use that 20 toward admission and food (but I had already bought tickets online). We got a fishing license at Indian Rocks Tackle, to fish off back dock and caught 3 tiny fish :)3

Amazing family condo!

My family and I absolutely LOVED this condo! It is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. We loved that it was a in a small condo building. Only 12 condos across 2 buildings. The condo itself is beautiful. All high-end appliances and cabinetry. The furniture was very comfortable and nice. The king bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable
 and I’m hard to please with beds! Plenty of pillows and blankets if needed. The second bedroom was perfect for our 3 children. It’s cramped with a double bed and bunk bed, but they never spent any time there except to sleep so it didn’t matter! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. They even left a few Keurig coffee cups and snacks for us! There are a ton of games provided as well. We had a few family rounds of Yahtzee and Parents vs Kids Trivia! The unit is right across the street from the beach, took us about 3 minutes to walk there and there is a crosswalk for safety right in front of the neighboring building. The unit has a storage room where we found several beach chairs, umbrellas and a few beach toys to use. They also have a beach cart to carry everything to the beach! The pool is small and located between buildings, so it doesn’t get a lot of sun. Which could be a pro or a con! The only cons of the place (and these would in no way prevent us from coming back!) were low water pressure in the showers, construction going on 2 doors down (but you could only hear it when outside – and wasn’t too bad), and lastly the outdoor deck could use a little paint touch up. All in all, great location and beautifully appointed condo. Don’t hesitate if you have a family.

What a wonderful experience from the time of booking through check out. Beautiful property right on the inter coastal with just steps to the gulf on the other side. Fully stocked with all the amenities you could need - linens and towels are provided so that lightens packing! Easy walk to shops and eateries
..and mini golf! Short drive to major attractions in Tampa. We look forward to returning in the future. Hosts thought of it all. Thank you for having our family and we hope to return soon!

Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Sherri’s condo. It is the perfect location where we could enjoy the dock and the bay for fishing and yet just a short walk across the street and we were at the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The property had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing family vacation. So clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Super close, easy walk to the beach!

My husband, myself and 2 of our adult kids thoroughly enjoyed this space. We were able to spread out and everyone could have their own space when needed. We cooked together in the kitchen often but spent most of our time on the beach walking, playing frisbee and looking for shells. Loved our week in Indian Shres Beach!
