We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the only downfall was the construction and it is tolerable except the drilling construction on the balcony. Once the construction is complete I would highly recommend staying. The room was exactly as advertised and has an amazing view of the ocean. The building was kept clean and had onsite staff. The condo we were in was fully stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils. The check In and out process was also very easy.The host was also great and very communicative. Quick response times and answered all of our questions. They were upfront about the construction and we were well aware we would not have access to our balcony. We appreciated all the communication and learning early we wouldn’t have access to our balcony. The pool deck is also in a great location to get sun all day long and it is not so windy.We would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the construction.

The offering was completely inaccurate. The entire building was under construction. The pool was closed and covered. Construction noise was loud throughout the day. Our ‘promised’ gulf view balcony did not exist… the balcony was closed off from the inside of the sliding door. Trying to look outside was impossible. The elevator hadn’t worked and my husband is handicapped . Construction equipment was everywhere. I was shocked and stunned that we were not informed prior to our arrival.

Susan, we understand your frustration, particularly because you had specifically asked before your stay whether the property had an ocean-view balcony and an elevator. At the time, you were told that both were available. The balcony construction had taken longer than expected, and communication had been requested for affected reservations so guests could be informed before arrival and given the option to relocate or receive compensation. Unfortunately, that information did not reach you before your arrival, and we sincerely apologize for that failure in communication. We completely understand why you chose not to stay after arriving and finding the property under construction, with the balcony unavailable and the surrounding areas affected. Our team subsequently canceled the reservation and issued a full refund. We regret that you were not given the information you needed to make an informed decision before your trip. Your feedback highlights an important communication failure on our part, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Cozy and comfy!

This was our first time staying in a condo, but it won't be our last! We had a minor maintenance issue when we arrived, but it was taken care of promptly. The condo was clean and had all we needed for a great week's stay. Great location, centrally located and easy to get to just about everything you might want to do.

The beach was amazing, the view spectacular from the balcony. The building needed some updates m. The condo was wonderful with the exception of outlets for devices and the internet was hit and miss. The condo was stocked with all the essentials for cooking and bathing. We enjoyed our stay.

Whole week was nothing but noise starting at 8am. Building under construction. Pool closed and only open on weekends. Listing doesn’t state that. Balcony was blocked off. Listing stated that. Which wasn’t a big deal to us. Fees were ridiculous. Way too much for the noise and inconveniences. If you’re looking to relax, this is not the unit for you. Condo itself had everything needed to cook and enjoy the week. WiFi wasn’t great but worked. This unit needs to be more like 100.00 a night until it’s all up and running and quiet again. Suggestion to put bathroom by the pool bc I can assure you kids aren’t going up to the 7th floor to pee, when they can just do it in the pool. Not one kid exited the pool for the restroom. Probably more likely if they had one poolside. As an adult, I felt it inconvenient to have to go upstairs everytime I had to pee. Imagine how kids would feel.

Family Friendly...BEACH ACCESSIBLE...VERY CLEAN!

As my title indicates, this location is family friendly. Beach is accessible and access to local restaurants was easy. Condo was impressively clean and we would stay there again. Only because we are spoiled *LOL*, we were somewhat surprised to see washer and dryer was located outside of suite. This should be noted in brochure. Great place to stay outside of that one hiccup.

Home away from home is an understatement. This condo was very clean. Had everything you needed…. And then some! Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella. Extra bath towels, blankets, toiletries… and the beds and pillows were comfy. Kitchen extremely well stocked. Being able to cook and having that ocean view was priceless. The balcony and patio furniture was clean and comfy as well. Our stay here was wonderful! Thank you for sharing it with us. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing time at the beach

The property itself has some age to it but is reasonably well kept. Our unit was clean, bright, and well maintained. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The beach is lovely with crystal clear water and soft white sand. We saw two manatees swimming along and a number of dolphins over the course of the week. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
