Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that you experienced an electrical issue during your stay. As soon as we were made aware of the problem, we worked to address it and arranged for an electrician to come to the property first thing the following morning. The electrician determined that the issue was related to the breaker being repeatedly switched, which ultimately caused it to trip/blow. We also issued a refund promptly, before we were even aware that you had chosen to leave the property. Unfortunately, communication with us had stopped, so we did not know you had checked out or that you had decided to change your itinerary. We always want our guests to be comfortable and take maintenance concerns seriously. We’re sorry this issue affected your stay, but we’re glad we were able to have a professional address the electrical problem right away and provide a refund for the inconvenience.

The home does not advertise a dishwasher or air conditioning as amenities, and we make every effort to accurately represent the features available at the property. Regarding the bathroom configuration, states having one full bathroom, along with a separate vanity in the primary bedroom. We appreciate you bringing the other maintenance and housekeeping concerns to our attention. We will be reviewing these items with our teams so that anything needing attention can be addressed. We also understand that value is an important part of the overall guest experience. We work hard to keep our property priced as an affordable lodging option in the Sun Valley area, while still providing a comfortable and welcoming place for our guests to stay. We’re glad you enjoyed the location! We make every effort to be very transparent in our listing, photos, and welcome letter, about the age of the condo and the amenities provided, so guests can make an informed decision before booking. The property is an older unit, and while we maintain it carefully, it may not reflect the level of modernization some guests prefer. The bathroom layout, including the additional sink in the master area, also described in the listing. We also want to note that during a phone conversation, the tone and yelling directed at us was extremely rude and unacceptable. We always do our best to help guests and resolve concerns, but respectful communication is essential. As other reviews confirm, we remain committed to being honest about our property, responsive to guest needs, and providing a comfortable stay for the many guests who enjoy visiting our family condo and the wonderful location :-)
