Der perfekte Ort! Ski-in / Ski-out zum Sun Valley Resort (River Run) und ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Stadtzentrum von Ketchum mit Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Nachtleben.

Diese wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnanlage verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer. Die Hauptebene verfügt über das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, HD-TV und DVD-Player. Es gibt ein komplettes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche.

Im Obergeschoss verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und eine Terrasse mit Blick auf das Skigebiet. Das andere Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten, einen HD-TV und einen DVD-Player. Sie erreichen das Obergeschoss mit einer Wendeltreppe.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Gaskamin, HD-TV mit DVD-Player und eine Terrasse. Es gibt einen Bistrotisch im Erdgeschoss und Adirondack-Stühle im Obergeschoss - beide mit Blick auf Baldy.

Die Badezimmer wurden im Mai 2017 komplett renoviert. Sie sehen toll aus, aber es gibt keine Badewannen.

Der Whirlpool ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Einheit.

Dies ist eine zweite Etage mit offenem Grundriss, gewölbten Decken und viel Licht mit Blick auf den Skiberg!

Dies ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Sorry, keine Haustiere. Dies ist eine Wohnung im zweiten Stock ohne Aufzug, und zwei Schlafzimmer sind eine Wendeltreppe hinauf. Es gibt eine kleine Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss und eine Reihe von Ventilatoren, aber keine zentrale Klimaanlage.

Great spot very close to bald mountain

Great spot, as described in the listing and extremely well stocked with supplies. Hot tub was right outside and you couldn’t be any closer to the River Run resort for Baldy! Great restaurant recommendations in the guest book!

Family Ski Days

Very comfortable for family group of 5 people. Nicely renovated, big kitchen which was well outfitted. Loved having the gas fireplace in the evenings. Shuttle bus to ski area right outside.

Great getaway in Ketchum

This condo is ideally located for skiers and hikers alike! The condo is cozy and the beds are really comfortable. My friends and I especially loved the well stocked kitchen with high quality dishes, pans, silverware and appliances. Definitely want to stay here again!

Great little condo close to downtown

We had a great stay at this condo. It had everything we needed, and it was a quick little drive to downtown Ketchum (would be an easy walk in nice weather). The owner sent an email ahead of time with all the information we needed about the condo and the town, which I really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home base for a ski trip

This is the perfect spot for skiing in Sun Valley. The River Run base area is a short walk across the parking lot or there is a bus if you don’t want to walk. Super convenient. Also, it’s easy to walk to dinner, shopping, grocery store, etc. in town. Location was fantastic. The condo itself is really great. Very functional kitchen that has everything you need and we were able to cook several nights. Spacious living room area and reliable wifi. Comfortable beds and good layout. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay again if we’re back in Sun Valley.

Sun Valley River Run Condo

A perfect location. Easy access to skiing and walking to town. The shuttle was a minute from the door if needed. Very comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Host was very accessible and very considerate. The hot tub outside the door was a bonus and easy ski storage on the deck. We had an amazing week and would definitely book this condo again.

Great location in Sun Valley

The apartment is totally as advertised. There’s a master bedroom on the main floor and an upstairs that works very well for families. The location can’t be beat for the proximity to river run and bald mountain. The town is fantastic and an easy walk from the condominium. Robin was tremendously responsive to all request and answered every question within hours if not minutes. It was a great stay and we hope to return in the future!

Perfect Condo

Beautiful, clean condo. Easy 10 minute walk to lifts. Hot tub basically right outside front door. On the bus line but also easy 10 minute walk to restaurants on Main Street. Condo has modern kitchen and bathrooms. All No complaints at all with condo. Made for a perfect Sun Valley vacation for us first time visitors.

Great Stay!

Excellent overall location, closest stop on shuttle to River Run and easy access to downtown by walking or shuttle. it is a 2nd floor walkup, which can be tricky for some with skis and boots. We discovered ski storage ($7/skis/night) and daily bag check ($6/day) to leave the heavy skis at the mountain and change into the boots at the mountain, which made transport much more comfortable. We had friends stay at other condos, and i think this offered the best combination of location, amenities, accommodations of bedrooms and size, and value. Would stay again on a next trip to SV! Thanks!

Perfect in all ways.

This property owner has it all right. The condo is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen has all you could want including extras like refrigerator containers, plastic storage bags, dish soap, coffee filters, all the things one needs but often are not supplied. Appliances are new. Location allows for a short walk to River Run ski lift or downtown. I will return!

Cozy Place

This was a nice cozy place. It was nice that it had a washer and dryer. A little weird on the layout but it worked. Only thing I would say is that the kitchen had a slightly funky smell the entire time we were there and the sky lights in the upstairs room are SUPER bright in the morning. Overall it was as advertised though.

Very Enjoyable Stay

This property was perfect for our family of four. We brought our 25 year old son and 83 year old mom with us to spend the holidays together in a place where we could walk to the ski lifts. The town is fabulous and we had several memorable dinners out. We loved the kitchen which was very well equipped so we could enjoy our breakfasts together. The jacuzzi was also a highlight! It’s the most perfect temperature and well maintained. It was heaven to soak in the jacuzzi under the stars and sometimes snow. Overall, I highly recommend this stay! There were only a couple things to note—there is a flight of stairs to the unit’s front door which was fine for us, but difficult for our 83 y/o Mom. Also the kitchen sink is beautiful, but the faucet is very difficult to use in that you can only barely turn it on to avoid splashing yourself with sink water or whatever you are trying to wash. The unit is a fabulous find for anyone considering a nice stay in Ketchum!

Great House - Loud Neighbors

Stayed here with two other couples for 4 nights. House seemed big enough for all of us but each morning we were woken up at 7am to loud construction going on next door. Sounded like someone was banging on the walls constantly. Messaged the owner who was very nice and apologetic and stated the work shouldn't have been happening that early and advised an email was sent to the neighbors to delay their construction during the week days. Also stated work wouldn't be done over the weekend. Each morning, the same construction was going on - even on the weekends. I had to politely knock on the neighbors door at 7:20am and ask them to stop work on day. The Condo's quiet hours are stated until 8am so it was kinda annoying I even had to ask. That being said, we don't spend much time at the condo anyways so would probably stay here again if the construction work is completed. Just wish the owner would have advised us this was happening when we booked.
