With room for 12, plenty of beds, and spaces for connection or quiet, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect balance of togetherness, comfort, and lake living.
Days here feel full and easy, the kind that begin with coffee and quiet light and end with laughter around the fire. This spacious, 3-story Adirondack-style retreat wraps you in warmth the moment you settle in. Five bedrooms stretch across the home, filled with soft beds and peaceful spaces to rest, three of them opening to private balconies where mornings and evenings belong to you alone.

The kitchen becomes the heartbeat of the house. Wide open counters, and big gathering tables turn every meal into a shared moment, from slow breakfasts to long dinners that don’t feel rushed. Conversations carry from the dining table into the living room, where a stone fireplace, warm wood tones, and cozy seating invite everyone to gather, unwind, and stay awhile.

Downstairs, the game room pulls everyone in. Pool games, relaxed conversations, late nights, and easy laughter fill the space while the rest of the house hums with comfort and calm. Outside, the rhythm changes again. The screened porch becomes a favorite retreat. The deck fills with grilling and gathering. The firepit glows as stories stretch into the night. Adirondack details and quiet surroundings give everything a sense of place and peace.

Across the street, Lake Winnipesaukee is alive with activity from boaters to snowmobilers. A walkable, quiet neighborhood street for slow strolls creating that feeling of being close to everything without being crowded by anything. Dog-friendly, kid-friendly, designed for groups, and built for memory-making, this isn’t just a house for sleeping. Water Access:
The closest and easiest public water access is Ellacoya State Beach, Weirs Beach, and Fay’s Marina.
Fay’s Marina (right down the street) offers:

Water toy rentals
Making it the most convenient option for boating and lake days.

Boat Slip or Boat Launch:
For paid transient slips, guests may contact Fay’s Marina directly; advance contact is recommended. Alternatively, Glendale Marina offers a convenient public boat launch with parking available while in use. Please note this is a launch-only facility, so boats must be launched and removed each time.

This is a dog-friendly home, and we love hosting well-behaved pups! To keep the space comfortable for all guests, only dogs are permitted (no cats or other pets).

Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a dog, and be sure to add them to the reservation, as the pet fee applies per dog. Any additional dogs must be approved in advance.

Please note that this home has stairs throughout the property. Guests should use caution when using the stairs, especially children and anyone with mobility concerns.
