Thank you for the kind words about the home, especially the master suite and that lake and mountain view. The A/C is set up with separate heat-only and A/C thermostats upstairs, clearly marked, so once the correct one is used it maintains temperature well. The washing machine unfortunately stopped working the day of your arrival, which didn't leave time to get a replacement installed before check-in, though the dryer was working throughout your stay. We're sorry to hear about the trundle mattress and have shared that with our cleaning team to make sure bedding is thoroughly checked going forward.
