Dies ist ein neues Haus im Juni 2015 abgeschlossen. Es ist sechs Schlafzimmer fĂŒr 18 Personen. Es verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad auf der Hauptebene. Mit fĂŒnf BĂ€dern, einer riesigen modernen KĂŒche und einem Esstisch fĂŒr mehr als acht Personen ist es ideal fĂŒr große Familiengruppen.

Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber drei Ebenen mit Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer auf jeder Ebene. Die untere Ebene verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Spielzimmer mit mehreren Schiebern öffnen sich auf eine 32 ft von 16 ft Terrasse, ist der Hinterhof geöffnet und ideal fĂŒr verschiedene Sportarten und Spiele. Es verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Lagerfeuerstelle und ein Hufeisen-Grube.

Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine zentrale Klimaanlage, einen Gas-Kamin und einen großen geschlossenen Veranda. die SonnenuntergĂ€nge von der Veranda oder der Terrasse sind sehr schön zu sehen.

Meredith öffentliche Strand ist nur 700 Meter die Straße hinunter. Das Zentrum von Meredith ist 1 & 1/4 Meile entfernt und ist leicht zu Fuß zu den Restaurants, GeschĂ€ften und Bars dort angesiedelt.

Die KĂŒche ist riesig und hat GerĂ€te mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten, sowie ein großer Mittelinsel fĂŒr zusĂ€tzliche Sitzgelegenheiten.

Fun visit to Meredith!

We had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked and all the kid supplies were an unexpected surprise! Not only was there a high chair, there was a big bin of toys, board games and we were offered a pack n play! The house worked well for the big extended family and friends that came. Michael was responsive via email and stopped by to make sure that we had enough propane. Having the washer and dryer, there meant that we were able to know to wash our sheets before we went home, which was a bonus. Thank you!

Great house in a great location

Great home with a lot of room in an amazing location! There were 7 of us in the home and had more than enough room and never felt crowded which is ideal for a week long stay. The backyard is huge and backs right up to the forest. There’s also a fire pit that we used at night to relax and enjoy the gorgeous nights. The home is conveniently located a short walk away from Lake Waukewan if you are looking for a little more secluded lake area with minimal people or a very short drive to Lake Winnipesaukee and Weirs Beach. Plenty of good restaurants in the area and fun things to do (putt putt golf, arcades, boat rentals, etc). We had such an amazing time at this home and in Meredith that this may become a new July 4 tradition. Will definitely be checking this homes availability when we visit in the future.

Great spot!

My friends and I go away every year for the weekend. This was a PERFECT spot, super clean, cozy, and we were blown away by how well stocked with appliances and utensils the kitchen was for a rental. It was absolutely perfect as a gathering spot. We weren't sure how many of us there would be in total, we ended up with six of us, so we each got a HUGE bedroom. There is so much space and it is a beautifully kept up home.

Amazing location for a family vacation

The Meredith house was very spacious and very well equipped. We celebrated my mother’s 60th birthday and did quite a lot of cooking. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. Michael and Robert also keep a ton of games and toys which kept my toddler busy. We were minutes away from Weirs Beach, one of our favorite beaches to visit when we visit Laconia. I highly recommend this house for families and large groups.

Absolutely fantastic

Property super close to Church Landing where we were all attending a wedding. We had an absolute blast and it was big enough to house us all. Was able to provide a pack n play and had toys for the little ones to play with (which we were super grateful for). Gorgeous property and owner great at responding to inquiries when needed and being patient with us and our million questions. Fantastic!

House and rooms are bigger than they look!

We were a party of 4 couples and 2 singles attending a wedding at Church Landing, only a 4-minute drive away. The number of bedrooms allowed everyone their own space. The house is spacious; plenty of room in each bedroom for a pack-n-play, if needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Enclosed sunroom is very lovely, although we did not use it since it was very hot and humid. Air conditioning worked great! Large backyard but might not be conducive to little bare feet. Plenty of parking. Mike was very easy to work with and accommodated our request for early check in, which was great since we had 3 groomsmen and 1 bridesmaid in our party that needed to be at the rehearsal by 4 pm. I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great family vacation in the Lakes Region. Good location and home was as advertised. Plenty of room and bathrooms for our needs. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Large kitchen with plenty of space. The house does need some tender loving care. Ant issue in the kitchen/bathroom. Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors went off multiple mornings and owner told us to just disconnect them all.....safety issue as there is also a gas fireplace! Mouse dropping in the outdoor bin where the cushions were. Outdoor grill needs a good cleaning. Horseshoe and fire pits need a good weeding. We paid for bed linens/towels and when we arrived the nine sets of bed linens were not all there. As we were not in need of all nine sets of linens we did not notify the owner of the missing items. He then charged us for these "missing" items. We tried to contact the owner and have been unable to, VRBO has also been unable to. Electric outlet cover missing in the basement. Several light bulbs out, there were spares in a cabinet but did not match the ones that were out.

Great house for our family of three households, 8 people total. Lots of space, plenty of beds and bathrooms, nice kitchen with all the utensils and pans you might need, great fridge and dishwasher, good washer and dryer, air conditioning worked well. Great stay!

Spacious but needs updating and cleaning

We rented the property to spend Christmas together as a family. The rooms were very spacious and so was the kitchen, making it easy for us to work together to make our Christmas Eve's dinner. We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, it's a very short drive to the supermarket and a cute downtown. We were disappointed with the cleanliness and lack of some supplies (specially trash bags, thankfully I brought some, but still we ran out.) Some of the mattress protectors were stained with what could be blood. One of the blankets was also stained. The closet with the broom/vaccuum was very dirty. It seemed like the floors were swept and all the dirt was just pushed in there. Fans were thick with dust. My allergies were triggered. The bathroom upstairs did not have the plastic curtain, thankfully I found a new one in the cabinet underneath the sink, but I had to install it myself. Cabinet next to pantry was very cluttered, so was the cabinet underneath the sink (dirty). Some shelves in the fridge were broken. There was no ping pong table. We had a hard time figuring out the heat for the basement, it was cold for the first day of our stay. Also, if you have a large group, make sure people spread out their showers. If everyone takes a shower around the same time you will run out of hot water, and it will take a while before it heats up again.

Nice time with plenty to do.

Had a great time. Nice house and yard! Mike was super when we arrived, we were out of propane and Bob was right there to help us and delivered new tanks for the grills. Was told to bring linens and towels but found that we were only supplied with a 1/2 roll of paper towels. No sponge or anything to clean kitchen counters or table (wasn't advised to bring these items. Light outside in back for the stairs, at the peak, is a strobe light! My daughter in law has a seizure disorder and thankfully it didn't affect her, but it really needs to be addressed. Everything we could possibly want, and need is nearby in just a short drive. We had a great time hanging around the fire. Grandchildren had plenty of toys to play with.
