Family Fun

We loved the property and the location on Gulf Blvd. Everything was very clean and the pool and beach were easily accessible. Short drive to either John’s Pass or Clearwater. Loved it and will bring our family back again.

Great Place to "De-Stress"

The location of this property is perfect. On the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. The property management staff were great and very responsive to everything we needed. The only negative was the lack of a decent grill and an area to grill out and enjoy the evening, although they have the space to do that. It would be an easy fix to really enhance this property.

My wife and I have being coming to florida and this area for many years and we can say that this property is the best we have rented. The sunset views from the balcony were out of this world. Great location and amazing views!

This is our 10th time to IRB and this condo was by far the best one we have stayed in! Great location with many local eateries yet directly on the beach for the wonderful views of the gulf. Every night we opened the doors off the master bedroom and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was the elevator which was old, slow and hot. Also the condo did not come with basic essentials such as sugar for morning coffee or salt and pepper which we took care of with the close by grocery stores. We would definitely recommend this place.

Can’t think of a single complaint

The property was exactly as described and the staff who help with reservations or concerns while you are there are extremely kind. Loved how low key the area was compared to Clearwater. Trolley/bus stop nearby. Great restaurants in walking distance. Better food than we had in Clearwater beach. Beach was quiet. Pool was perfect. I can’t find one bad thing to say. We will definitely be back. Came with my 3 year old son and my mom. Really appreciated having beach towels, toys, an umbrella and chairs already in condo.

Relaxing View

Thank you for sharing your lovely home. The condo was very clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the sunsets from the deck. Very close to some very good restaurants. Only 1 beach chair. A suggestion would be to provide a set so a couple could enjoy sitting on the beach. Very nice kitchen area. No paper towels or dish soap so we needed to purchase our own which wasn’t a huge deal. Would be nice to provide those items. Read later we could have gone to the office to ask for dish soap but that was several miles away in a different building and not convenient. We would stay again. You won’t be disappointed.

No hand soap, no dish soap, no 409 type spray to clean tables and countertops during the week, and no broom. No paper towels. No laundry soap except one single use box to wash the sad beach towels on the last day of the week (2 of the 5 towels were nice) Sad beach chairs. Sheets were pilled and scratchy. The condo in general had a sewer odor, especially in the master bath - perhaps my nose is more sensitive than most. Could really use a smart TV so guests can use their own streaming services. Terrible traffic, but that's not your fault. Electronic/keyless entry was great, BUT we still had to drive to a different location to check in/out and pick up keys we never used. Were told that's because the "battery could be dead in the fob"?! Big inconvenience. The lack of basic items was very unlike all other VRBO rentals we have used in this area for the last 10 years. Oddly, the unit had an enormous stock pot, 2 tea pots and a standing mixer, but no cookie/baking/pizza pans, which made meal prep difficult. Would recommend this unit with the proviso that you need to bring/buy all of your own supplies, including air freshener (except toilet paper, thankfully) - which is tough if you are flying in.

We really enjoyed our visit to Indian Rocks Beach. It has become our favorite getaway. Finding this condo was a blessing! It had everything we needed. The location was great.
