Very nice condo. The unit was clean, comfortable and great location. We loved the fact that the beach items were in the unit as well as having beach towels there. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Beautiful sunsets!Short drive to Clearwater, Indian Shores and many other areas. Would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our visit to Indian Rocks Beach. It has become our favorite getaway. Finding this condo was a blessing! It had everything we needed. The location was great. Great Place to "De-Stress"

The location of this property is perfect. On the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. The property management staff were great and very responsive to everything we needed. The only negative was the lack of a decent grill and an area to grill out and enjoy the evening, although they have the space to do that. It would be an easy fix to really enhance this property.
