We enjoyed the large covered balcony, the furnishings are great (bonus that there are 2 beds in the guest room), check in was a breeze. We would love to stay here again!

Very nice condo. The unit was clean, comfortable and great location. We loved the fact that the beach items were in the unit as well as having beach towels there. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Beautiful sunsets!Short drive to Clearwater, Indian Shores and many other areas. Would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our visit to Indian Rocks Beach. It has become our favorite getaway. Finding this condo was a blessing! It had everything we needed. The location was great. We loved the property and the location on Gulf Blvd. Everything was very clean and the pool and beach were easily accessible. Short drive to either John’s Pass or Clearwater. Loved it and will bring our family back again.

Perfect relaxation

My husband, my mother, and I spent a week in your beautiful condo. It was so quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool in the early afternoons and then late afternoons and sunsets from the porch. Great location with many restaurants nearby.

Great Place to "De-Stress"

The location of this property is perfect. On the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. The property management staff were great and very responsive to everything we needed. The only negative was the lack of a decent grill and an area to grill out and enjoy the evening, although they have the space to do that. It would be an easy fix to really enhance this property.

My wife and I have being coming to florida and this area for many years and we can say that this property is the best we have rented. The sunset views from the balcony were out of this world.
