Any smoking/vaping odors indoors or cigarette butts found discarded on the property will result in additional cleaning fee of up to $250.
No pets allowed.
Guests will be charged a fee of up to $500 for any undisclosed pets. Bringing undisclosed pets onto the property may result in immediate cancellation of your booking, without refund.
