Traffic is generally calm within the community, with easy access to I-4 for travel to nearby attractions. During peak seasons, there may be increased congestion during rush hours, especially toward theme parks and tourist areas.

For the safety of our guests and the protection of our property, there are cameras at the front and rear entrances, focused solely on the exterior. None of the cameras have views of the interior of the house.
