Welcome to this beautifully decorated coastal getaway! Nestled in the Seaspray neighborhood in well-known South Walton Florida. One block from the beach with gated beach access. This home has everything you need for that perfect family getaway.
This one story home offers a great open floor plan for your perfect getaway. The large living area includes plenty of seating with walk out access to the spectacular back patio . The master bedroom includes a King bed, closet, ample room and an en-suite bathroom. The large master bath offers a separate shower and tub and double vanity sink.
The first guest room includes a queen bed, plenty of space, closet and additional storage dresser. In the second guest room you will find plenty of space with 2 queen bunks, closet and storage dresser here as well. The guest bathroom includes a vanity sink with tub/shower combo.
Our favorite part of this home is the outdoor space. Outdoors you will find a stunning waterfall pool, sun loungers, firepit seating, an outdoor tv, and the most fun tiki bar around! After taking the direct path to the beach and dazzling Gulf of Mexico, be sure to wash off under the outdoor shower just inside the gate.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has all new appliances, granite countertops, with laundry access. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. In the laundry room you will also find plenty of storage for vacation items.
Driveway parking is enough for 2 vehicles.
COMMUNITY POOL: The Seaspray HOA Board would like to remind everyone that our community pool is closed for the season from December 1 to March 1 2026.
TO NOTE: Pool heating fee $300.00 for private pool.
Pet Fee: $250/per pet

Spring/Summer: Enjoy tropical beaches, area fun, extended restaurant and shopping hours, water sports rentals.
Winter: Snowbird Paradise. Quiet area enjoyment. Holiday events. Staycations.
Fall: Experience holiday fun, area festivals, spectacular weather and more!
Area attractions include: outlet shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, zoo, water park, Village of Baytowne Wharf, 30A, The Big Chill, theatre, spas, salons, dining, water activities, marinas, kids activities, fitness centers minutes from Santa Rosa Beach, and more. Walk to Winn-Dixie, Surf Hut, shopping and more!
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. A copy of each guests insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure. Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.
