This level offers access to the lovely back deck as well as the large “sun room”, the perfect spot for dining and activities for larger groups!



The lower level: holds 4 bedrooms. The one master as well as 2 other queen bedrooms have gorgeous lake views! There is also a fun, animal themed bunk room on this level that is perfect for kids. Down here you will also find a cozy living area with TV, and an adult game room (with a pool table & foosball).



The backyard: Sprawling waterfront property offering ample lawn space, a large hot tub, fire pit & playground (swing set, 2 slides, rock climbing wall). Multiple swimming docks, ideal for sunbathing, and most importantly, a perfectly safe, no wake area for swimming! There is also a fenced in area for pets (that you can access from the main level of the home)



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property, in and out, excluding one owners closet on each floor.

Getting Around:

Large, private driveway that holds about 9-10 cars. Two car garage also available for your use.



Other Things to Note:

Anything you find on the property is yours to utilize during your stay! The kayaks and life vests in boathouse, the kids “race car ramp” & the tools in the garage, the spices in the kitchen…everything!



**Additional Information:**

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 7 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- The backyard is not accessible to people with limited mobility.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
