The two-bedroom suite features a luxurious king-size bed positioned opposite a flatscreen television, complemented by abundant natural light. Ample dresser and closet space is provided for guest convenience. The 2nd bedroom suite offers 2 queen beds. A full-size, stackable washer and dryer are also included in the condo. Additional all new queen pullout is available in the living room.

Very light and bright living room and kitchen area that opens up to a large covered balcony with views of the courtyard, pool, and ocean! Silver Dunes is a low density 7 acre resort with a unique grass courtyard, tennis, pool, game room beach bar, beach service, laundry room, grilling stations, and on site maintenance/management! Beach Service – I have purchased beach service for my guests. It includes 2 chairs, table, and umbrella. In our storage cage I have a large roller cooler, 6 extra chair, and tons of beach and pool toys. Iwould not buy anything till you check out our storage cage.

Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).

Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:

• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard

• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!

• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.

• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!
