A dedicated outdoor dining area provides the perfect space for al fresco meals, while the adjacent barbecue area is perfect for grilling and entertaining guests. For recreation, there’s a full-sized basketball court and a playground for the kids, ensuring fun for all ages.

POOL HEATING :
As an added service, we provide pool heating upon request. It takes about 12-14 hours to preheat the pool to a comfy 82 degrees during the colder seasons. This can be arranged for a pre-heating fee of $250 for the first day and $200 per day thereafter to maintain 6 hours of pool heating (between 11am - 5pm). Prices are lower during the warmer months of April - September. Spa heating is FREE and included with your stay. (Note : Heating costs are subject to market changes)

DISCLAIMER : The use of the swimming pool, spa, firepit, fireplace, and bunkbed is at your own risk. Diving, somersaults, and back flips into the pool or any other unsafe activities are strictly prohibited. Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times while in the backyard and children under the age of 4 years old must wear a swimsuit diaper or plastic pants regardless of toilet training. No cloth or disposable diapers are allowed. No glass allowed outside or by the pool area. We have plastic cups. Please note that the hosts/owner will not be held responsible for injuries sustained by the guests and guests will indemnify the hosts/owner for any actions resulting from injuries to guests.
