~We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please refer to the House Rules prior to reserving and contact us with any questions. Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am will be strictly enforced (absolutely no outdoor activities after 10pm).
~We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a fine, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.
~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge/ deposit prior to check in. . Pool heating not available from November thru February as temperatures are to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat that much water. Jacuzzi heating available year round for an additional fee of $20 to heat water to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain temperature.

Additional Rules Please make sure that all dishes are cleaned and put back away and appropriate place. All trash in kitchen and bathrooms is thrown into the receptacle vents on the lower cement pad. Any excess trash would need to be removed by Guest.
Surveillance or recording devices on property -
*New Pool and jacuzzi will be available in April. Pool heating available for an additional fee of $125-$150 per day (only April through October) only. Unfortunately, pool water is too cold to attempt heating in the colder months. Jacuzzi heating available year round for $15 per hour of heating.
HOUSE RULES &TERM AND CONDITIONS
Occupancy Limits:
The basic cost of renting Estate, as stated on this website, is for up to 14 guests. No guests other than those approved by the host are allowed at the Villa at any time.
Visiting Guests:
Our home is for guests sleeping at the Villa. Villa uses a monitoring system to detect the number of guests inside or outside the Villa. This system, coupled with our external security cameras, can verify if this rule is violated. There will be a $1,000 fine if additional guests are invited who were not approved by the host.
Parties and Events:
No gatherings, loud celebrations, parties or other private events (collectively `events`) are to be held at the vacation rental property during your occupancy. Holding an event is considered an abuse and breach of these Terms and Conditions and is cause for immediate termination of occupancy. Upon any infraction of rules, Perfect Getaways Inc. may, at its sole option, terminate all agreements with you, including termination of occupancy immediately. In this event, you will forfeit all monies, including security deposits.
Noise:
Temecula has a very strict noise ordinance from 10pm to 7am (absolutely no outdoor activities after 10pm). Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Loud Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) will not be tolerated. Guest must be mindful of their noise levels at all times; All noise outside the house MUST STOP by 9:45pm and should not resume until 8:00am. This includes any type of noise, such as music, instruments, loud voices, etc.
Violation of this rule will be subject to an initial $1,000 for the first occurrence and $2,500 and or eviction for the 2nd occurrence. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. The property will be subject to inspection upon reasonable notice to guest, which includes knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell before entry in the event that noise complaints are issued. The guest understands that this may occur anytime during the guest`s stay if there is noise or reasonable suspicion of a party or any other violation of the house neighborhood rules or city ordinance. Villa uses electronic systems designed to measure the noise level outside of the Villa.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property grounds. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, hookah, etc. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit, damage liability up to $1000. This fine will be taken from the security deposit.
Pets:
Only permit small ( under 15lbs) hypo-allergenic pets for an addional fee ($50 per pet) Maximum of 2 at all times.
Parking:
All cars must be parked inside the Villa premises. No cars should be parked on adjacent public roads. Maximum of 7 vehicles at all times.
Vehicles:
No motor homes or non-standard vehicles are allowed inside the Villa premises. Violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable $600 fine. This fine will be taken from the security deposit.
Customer Service
We want your stay at our home and the Temecula area to be as fun and memorable as it can be. Because of this, our property manager will greet you and your guests at check-in, or shortly after check in, to make sure you know how to operated everything in the home, and to answer any questions you may have about the property, nearby wineries, local events, etc.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is SHALLOW! Diving is STRICTLY PROHIBITED as it is extremely dangerous and could result in severe injury or even death! No glass containers may be used near the pool. Responsible Guest shall inform all other guests of this rule, and will be responsible for making sure this rule is enforced at all times. Any personal injury as a result of a guests diving in the pool shall be borne solely by the Responsible Guest.
Pool Heater
Responsible Guest can request the pool to be heated to 80 degrees. But because our home uses propane gas, which is much more expensive than natural gas, there is a fee of $150 per day with a 2-day minimum as we need to start heating up the pool the day before. Pool heating only available March thru October
Jacuzzi Heating:
Available year-round for $20 to get water temperature to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain that temperature.
Children:
Children are most welcome at Villa. Responsible Guest signing the rental agreement shall be responsible for supervising all children in the pool area as there is no lifeguard on the premises.
Security Cameras:
Guest understands that Villa features video electronic surveillance on the exterior of the house for guest security and to ensure that the rules of the community are respected. Guest acknowledges that Villa may be under 24-hour exterior surveillance and security monitoring and patrols. Properties may include noise alert monitoring systems in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Tampering with our security cameras will result in $2,500 fine and taken from the security deposit.
Sports Equipment:
All sports Equipment should be returned to their original storage location in the outdoor cabinet.

Check In TIme:
Check in begins at 3:00pm.
Check Out TIme:
In order to have the house ready for the next guests, check-out time is strictly enforced. All guests must vacate the house with all their belongings by 11:00 am. Failure to abide by these requested check-out times will result in a $50 fine for every one hour violation after the times provided.
Cleaning Personnel:
Cleaning personnel will arrive at 11:00 am.
Inspection:
Responsible Guest must do a thorough inspection of the
