Year 3!!

We have been returning for the past 3 years to this and other properties owned by CasaKK. We have the most enjoyable time in Puerto Vallarta. The property location and views from the living room and rooftop pool are amazing. The property is amazing and management staff is phenomenal. We will be returning next year.

Casa KK was an incredible stay. The beds were super comfortable, the decor was stylish and thoughtfully done, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The building itself is modern, clean, and perfectly located—just steps from great restaurants, the bars, and the beach. Easily one of the best stays I’ve had in Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend.

Must stay condo in the heart of Romantic Zone

We stayed at Casa KK and could not have been happier. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care went into every detail. D'Vine Residences is a beautiful building, with striking architecture and immaculate upkeep. It looks great in photos and even better in person. We had our extended family spread across three units: Casa KK, Casa Stephano, and Casa Crescente. What stood out is that all three owners clearly take real pride in their properties. Everything was taken care of. The units were spotless, stocked with plenty of toiletries, and truly move-in ready. We didn't want for a thing. The views were spectacular. One of our favorite parts was how easy it was to visit each other by just heading up and down the stairs between units. It made the whole trip feel connected, like one big shared home instead of separate rentals. The rooftop pool was the perfect finishing touch, a great spot to relax together and take in the scenery. We'd stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend any of these units to families looking for a special place to stay.

The best stay with the best hosts!

What an amazing place! Being blasted with refreshing A/C and a wonderful, clean smell as soon as we arrived was so refreshing. I stayed with my mom and it was amazing for us to each have our own bedroom and bathroom. I was lucky enough to get the master bedroom, and it was amazing! The closet space and bathroom was phenomenal--5 showerheads! What a luxury vacation. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed, and it was fantastic to have filtered water through the fridge and not need to buy and haul big jugs back to the place. Of course, the real seller was the rooftop pool! Very spacious, clean, and refreshing. I was in love with the umbrellas on casters that we could wheel around to where we wanted them as the sun moved around. We had a bit of trouble with the internet/TV and messaged the hosts who literally responded within seconds and called us through WhatsApp to troubleshoot. The hosts were also very kind and willing to work with me to make the vacation perfect upon booking. I can't recommend this place enough!

Five Star Destination!!

When I want 5-star (only because the system won’t let me give 6) travel accommodations, I always go to Rob and Serge’s properties. Nothing less than a home away from home. Whether on the beach or out on a lake, you have amazing views, crisp prestige accommodations, user-friendly security, and top recommendations for local amenities. Their newest property, D’Vine, is no exception—this luxurious condo sits in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone in one of the most beautiful buildings in the area. The rooftop, the views, and the location are absolutely unbeatable. It’s stylish, comfortable, and perfectly consistent with the Casa KK standard of excellence. Truly next-level—book it, you’ll fall in love with it just like I did!

Awesome space in cool location.

Awesome space in a vibrant neighbourhood. We were concerned that it be quite far from the beach, but it's really only a 7 to 10 minute walk which is enjoyable because you see all the different shops and restaurants on the way which gives you ideas for dinner and shopping. The rooftop infinity pool is second to none, well appointed common area that is accented by a rather large cannabis plant, which adds to the vibe. The only drawbacks were that the building just finished construction so there were still workman on site, and the street level units are not occupied by businesses and are still under construction, however it wasn't a big issue for us as the rental unit didn't experience any direct impact from these activities.

AN INCREDIBLBE STAY- WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

Our stay at Casa KK at D’Vine was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The condo is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully planned, from the fully stocked coffee and tea bar with a wide selection of K-Cups, teas, and creamers, to the high-quality linens and décor that make it feel like home. We especially appreciated the large smart TVs in every room, offering all the channels and streaming options you could want while traveling abroad. The rooftop is truly spectacular, with breathtaking views and the largest rooftop hot tub in Puerto Vallarta, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The location could not be better—right in the heart of the Romantic Zone, surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops, and just a short walk to the beach. The hosts, Rob and Serge, were outstanding: responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely dedicated to making the stay perfect. We enjoyed every moment and are already planning to return. Casa KK is easily one of the best places to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Our New Favorite Place to Stay in Puerto Vallarta!

If we could give Casa KK more than five stars, we absolutely would. This beautiful condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we entered, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated and spotless everything was. It truly felt like home. The hosts thought of every detail. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft sheets that made it hard to get up in the morning. We also appreciated having plenty of fresh towels for both the beach and the bathroom — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more relaxing. The coffee setup was fantastic too, with both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker, a great selection of K-Cups, regular and decaf coffee, and all the extras like sugar and creamers. The rooftop was amazing. Between the pool, the hot tub, and the views, it was hard to leave. Having a bartender available on select days made it feel like a private resort. When we did go out, everything was close by including wonderful restaurants, taco stands, cafes, shops, and the famous Malecón for long walks by the bay and people-watching. Casa KK exceeded all expectations. We can’t recommend it enough and are already looking forward to coming back. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate as this condo is the perfect place to stay in Puerto Vallarta!
