This apartment is located in the perfect location to explore downtown Wilmington! You can park in the designated parking spot and never have to get in your car again. The entire property was lovingly renovated and blends modern amenities with the historic touches that you'd expect of a historic home.

There is a fully stocked kitchen where you can make a home cooked meal during your stay.
The spacious living room centers around a decorative mantel and has plenty of seating space for you to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The large bedroom gets plenty of natural light and features a king size bed and beautiful built ins. Off the bedroom, there is a designated office space with a desk in case you need to work during your stay. Two full bathrooms each with a walk in shower and beautiful tile work complete the space.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a designated parking space in the gravel lot behind the house. We do have a locked closet for owner storage, but other than that you are able to use anything in the house. There are 5 other apartments in this house, but they all have a completely separate entrance. The only shared spaces are the backyard and parking areas.
